Worst customer service experience from a business owner. If there was an option for a zero star…read morethat's what I would've graded. I had contracted this company for a family reunion. Set up time was established over the phone. The day of event at close to set up time I called company number and was greeted by the most obnoxious, rude, disrespectful individual. When I asked for update of arrival he screamed and asked me "what is my fu***ing problem" I was in disbelieve the lack of respect this individual had and the lack of professionalism. Do not bother to call or inquire with this company.
