After a terrible experience with another A/C company, their knowledgeable, gimmick-free approach was a breath of fresh air. No "spin the wheel" tactics--just a real conversation. I sent their General Manager, Jim, the estimate I'd received from the other guys and a separate second opinion along with my concerns. Instead of speculating, Jim sent James out to evaluate our system personally. James spent two hours inspecting everything and discovered the previous company had recommended a massive amount of unnecessary equipment and failed to mention that the actual issues were caused by their own poor installation. The best part? Cool Willy's didn't charge us a dime for the visit, calling it a "re-evaluation." The next day, they sent an estimate for the actual repairs that was less than half the price of the original quote. It's rare to find this level of integrity.

I was draining and flushing the water heater, everything was going great until I went to close the drain, and it leaked. Not a lot, but it would not stop. I tried all the you tube fixes. Agghhr. So I called the company that installed the heater, and they said 5 days to get some one out. I called Parker and Sons...same day. COOL! Let me say again...I LOVED the same day! service!. Larry came out and was nice. What I didn't get from you tube...was all I needed was a damn drain cap. So Larry put a drain cap on, and it was $79 dollars for the "diagnostic fee". Larry was very nice, and told me he could replace the valve for about 350 dollars. I told him I would think about it. They called several times to follow up, but I cant afford 350 dollars for ...a longer ...bigger drain. The $350.00 was at a 10% discount for having the family plan. I did sign up for the "family plan" for service of my AC etc. I am not sure yet, as I loved the quick response, but still am on the fence as to a couple things. TBD!

I had a technician come out to do an electrical inspection, and he listed several issues. The total estimate for repairs was over $30,000. This was a lot of money, so I naturally got a second, third, and fourth opinion to make sure everything was legitimate. I did not tell the other companies that I was getting multiple opinions, as I wanted "honest" assessments. All three of the other companies agreed on one major issue that needs to be repaired, estimating the cost at around $5,000-$7,000. When I asked about the other issues Parker and Sons pointed out (e.g., water damage), they said they did not see any of that. They double-checked and, for example, explained that the "water" was just normal grease from the initial installation. Basically, it seems like the technician who inspected my house from Parker and Sons tried to overcharge me by tens of thousands of dollars. Maybe others have had better service or received more reasonable quotes, but I strongly caution everyone to get a second, third, and fourth opinion. Personally, I will never use Parker and Sons again, nor will I recommend them after this experience. I immediately canceled my subscription with them. Be careful everyone.

Amazing & affordable HVAC service in Sierra Vista - Saguaro Air Solutions…read more Jesse (owner of Saguaro Air Solutions) provided me a fair & honest estimate to replace my whole A/C system. Out of the 4 estimates I received, his was a lower cost & for a much better system with a heat pump. I questioned if he offered any discounts/rebates, & his answer was that he charges a flat rate (for system & installation) & doesn't show a bunch of discounts to make the customer feel good about getting a good price. Jesse was very responsive to all my email inquiries & answered everything I had questions/concerns about - approx 6 emails). He kept me informed up to the day of installation. The install went very well & it was only 1 day w/o A/C vs the other HVAC companies of 2 days - including from major, more popular companies.   I also had duct cleaning done - the same day. They were careful to cover all furniture & carpeting to avoid falling dust. They also took the extra effort & cleaned/washed my register vent covers, & cleaned up the work site upon completion. If you are going through Efficiency Arizona I suggest you ask for this company to do your install. Even if you don't use Efficiency Arizona I recommend contacting this company.
