Yesterday 8/25 we called this business around lunch time to say the fan on our air conditioning went out and that we had incoming guests that day (California) we were hoping they could help us. We were told they could be here first thing in the morning 8/26. At 8am this morning I placed a call to this company asking for an update as we had our guest stay at a different relatives house due to the heat inside the house. I was told I would receive a call back which I did, but the message was cut off, it was as if it was made from a cell phone, I immediately called back to say I missed your call and the message they attempted to leave message was cut off, I had no idea what was said. No call back. An hour later I called again left a message asking if they were coming, no call back...now I drive from Vail to my moms house at River & Sabino Canyon so you know how long that takes, no callback the entire drive, when i arrive at Sabino Canyon & River, I call again, no answer, no call back. Now I am angry, not only was I calling to find out what is going on, but the other half still at home called Mac directly on his cell left a message and no reply. At this point I am angry, I decided to text this person and let them know how unprofessional they are as well as their company, I used colorful language at this point for which I am not proud of, but I call it like I see it. DO NOT USE them. NOT ONCE did they take ownership of their failure to communicate or meet THEIR OWN deadline THEY made, which was "first thing" we hired someone else that actually kept their word and made us a priority.
