I am…read morepleased with my Carrier Infinity unit just installed, it is super quiet, and cost much less (thousands less) than competing units and comes with higher rated heating and cooling. The unit is "sleek" and easy to maintain. The Infinity is remotely monitored and software updates are automatic; Carrier sends me an Email when updates are installed. Berg's came on time, cleaned up quickly, and replaced my 20 year old system in two days. Gone is the old metal exhaust pipe for the secondary gas heat ex-changer (programed to fire up below 25 F) which exceeds Government suggested gas efficiency, allowing escaping exhaust to use PVC piping. Good bye high gas bill for this unit. Call Berg's, they will do you right.

Out of the 4 estimates I received, his was a lower cost & for a much better system with a heat pump. I questioned if he offered any discounts/rebates, & his answer was that he charges a flat rate (for system & installation) & doesn't show a bunch of discounts to make the customer feel good about getting a good price. Jesse was very responsive to all my email inquiries & answered everything I had questions/concerns about - approx 6 emails). He kept me informed up to the day of installation. The install went very well & it was only 1 day w/o A/C vs the other HVAC companies of 2 days - including from major, more popular companies.   I also had duct cleaning done - the same day. They were careful to cover all furniture & carpeting to avoid falling dust. They also took the extra effort & cleaned/washed my register vent covers, & cleaned up the work site upon completion. A couple months ago we had Sierra Vista Plumbing perform a side sewer video inspection for a home…read morewe were purchasing. They were recommended by our real estate agent. We were charged a very reasonable fee, the two person crew worked quickly and gave a briefing afterwards. They put any worries to rest about the side sewer connections. Fast forward to a month after closing on the home, while moving in I accidentally (stupidly) backed our heavy 5th wheel trailer over the underground water shutoff valve in the front yard. The valve was completely sheared off on our side of the meter. The 3/4" supply line was running wide open. Having no idea if there was another water company shutoff valve, I called 911, Sierra Vista Plumbing (knowing I would need a new shutoff valve once the water flow was stopped) and the water company for help. After calling Sierra Vista Plumbing, Zach arrived first on scene within 15 minutes and knew exactly what to do. He got the water shut off before the meter (with water company permission) and ultimately repaired all the damage within two hours with new / upgraded components leaving the entire valve configuration MUCH better than it was before. The total cost was much lower than I'd anticipated. Zach was understanding, empathetic and explained everything he was doing. I can't thank Sierra Vista Plumbing for coming to my aid so fast. They've earned all of my future plumbing and HVAC business.
