One of the projects that him and I were working on was mounting a flatscreen in the living room for him and his roommates. It didn't take long to figure out that the construction of the house interior/exterior walls was going to make it difficult, and we tried several different approaches, but because we were going through sheet rock, a thin strip of less than a 2 x 4 "stud", and then hitting masonry, we were just not making any progress. After trying several different approaches, we decided to try and find someone who specialized in mounting TVs in such a manner, and we were very, very happy to find Donald. He answered his phone right away, I explained what we had been trying, and the results that we had, and he said he would be there in an hour, which was a great surprise. He confirmed our suspicions about the construction and the challenges of that particular wall, and helped us to find a solution to securely mount the TV and the swivel bracket. I can 100% endorse Donald's professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail. I suspect our son and/or his friends will be utilizing his services in the future. Thanks again Donald!

We needed a regular flat screen tv mounted on a wall in our living room with the sound bar. Six hours of fooling around with it and the tv is finally mounted but the sound bar is not... We could have YouTube'd how to do this and done it in less time. Absolutely ridiculous, use Geek Squad or another reputable company. Our evening is completely wasted and we don't even have a complete product.

However, I had also ordered that my wires by concealed. He detailed that he did not have the kit and his manager would have to meet him at my apartment to finish that service. We waited for 20-30 mins for the supervisor to arrive. During this time he upsold me into a nest security camera and offered to mount it during the same period. To my surprise, I was still charge for this additional time and cords that I did not agree to. I received no receipt, but was surprised by the 750+ bill. The only reason I won't dispute these additional charges is because I want to keep the equipment. But, I would not recommend them as you can see my "no concealment" service still alloted visible cords. Unpleased.
