Due to an upgrade on my patio I was not comfortable without video monitoring. I reached out to several companies and Justin from JT installations was by far the best choice! The following day, Justin installed the Ring Motion Camera. He was prompt, efficient, helpful and made sure I was involved in the decision of placement and that I understood the App. JT Installations was also very reasonable in comparison to other company quotes. I will be using JTI for additional work including mounting a TV in my guest bedroom and installing a bedroom fan., read more

As stated in other reviews, Justin is an exceptional installer. Great customer service, on-time arrival, clean and orderly. He mounted four TVs for us. Clearly an expert and didnt even need assistance with a 75 inch TV. I still don't know how he put that up by himself. I highly recommend! read more

I was looking to do a clean (hidden wires) mount of a TV in my kids playroom and after looking through a few reviews online decided to contact Justin on Yelp. He was very responsive and answered all my questions and got me in his schedule pretty quick. He also offered to get a mount for me (rather than me buy it separately), which worked out great. His overall estimate for the work and the mount was pretty reasonable. On the scheduled day, Justin have me a courtesy call to let me know that he was on his way. He had a mask on, was polite and quickly got to work. He checked in with me a couple of times to make sure the mount was as per what I wanted. His work was super clean: outlet and mount, and was all done in a jiffy! I added an extra task of moving the HDMI cables too after some deliberations, which added to his work but he was was unfazed and got that done too. We did have to change plans regarding installing a sound-bar as the bracket he had was not compatible, but he gave me some ideas/options on how I could do it myself. He even offered to come out again if needed. I am super happy with the install/professionalism and will use JT Installations again if I need to get a TV mounted. A+ read more

Excellent service! Professional and knowledgeable. Justin installed a 750lb built in refrigerator and a framed wall-mount tv for me. He did an outstanding job and his prices were more than fair. The HDMI inputs on the back of the TV were damaged in the move, but Justin figured out a work-around. So glad I found JT Installations. I definitely recommend. Also, he's there exactly when he says he'll be there. Very dependable. Thank you Justin! read more

I needed to sort out some wiring around my entertainment center and Justin did an excellent job assessing the situation and offering an estimate for a solution. Professional demeanor and good customer service and communication. I'll update the review after the second appointment when the installation occurs. During a time where contractors no show, won't return calls or do sloppy work if they do show, Justin was literally like a breath of fresh air! I messaged through Yelp; he called back the same day. I sent a picture of where we wanted the tv and our configuration, he gave me a price and scheduled for the following week. He called to let me know he was 45 min. away and installed the tv seamlessly within 30 min. Not one snafu! He did exactly as he said during our initial call. He didn't leave behind a mess and was very professional and personable. Highly recommend! Justin arrived on time, was polite, skilled, and extremely knowledgeable. He got right to work on my 7.1 surround sound system. The wiring for the television mount above the fireplace completed by J.T. Installation is NOT up to code. I've been informed that it's a fire hazard and two different electricians said they've NEVER seen anything like it (see photos). My understanding was that J.T. Installation would be putting in an "in wall" receptacle. Consequently, it's going to cost twice as much to fix the damage then do it right. What I have now is a Dollar Store extension cord hanging out of my wall and the wiring run through to the next room coming out of the corner of a cable cord receptacle. Unbelievable! Furthermore, I paid for the privilege of having it done not only wrong but dangerous way. Do not hire J.T. Installations for a TV mount unless it's to do a simple basic mount similar to hanging a picture and definitely not above a fireplace. read more

I recently moved to a new apartment and Justin hung my 55" LG BX OLED TV and mounted my Sonos Beam sound bar underneath it. I opted to not have him install the wires behind the wall because I live in an apartment. He instead hid the wires inside a cord cover kit. When he finished, he cleaned up the area. Justin also took the necessary COVID precautions to protect himself and me. He wore a mask for the duration of his visit to protect both of us. I recommend his services. He's communicative and answers all questions you may have. He behaves in a professional manner and goes out of his way to ensure you'll be happy. I'll be sure to reach out to him again if I need more TVs and speakers to be hung. read more

Justin was amazing! My tv which I had owned for 6 years stopped working 1 day before the start of Football Season. I called Justin and he called me back within 10 minutes as he was handling another job. He created an appointment for me same day to help with my tv installation to make sure I had a working television for football. In addition, he met me at Best Buy to help transport my tv (too large for my car) back to my home. He took care of the tv swap effortlessly and was very courteous in the process. I am so glad I found Justin to wall mount my 75" TV. He did an amazing job. High integrity, honest, quality work. Not only did he save me money, but he talked me out of a decision I would have regretted in terms of how I mounted the TV. I almost hired Best Buy for the job, but they were not helpful at all in terms of decisions on the right mount and how to hang the TV. I'm glad I changed directions and looked on Yelp to find someone else and supported a local small business owner. And it was icing on the cake - when Justin fixed an issue with my dish washer install. We thought the dish washer mounting brackets had failed and may need replacing He fixed it up in 10 minutes.
