I was looking to do a clean (hidden wires) mount of a TV in my kids playroom and after looking through a few reviews online decided to contact Justin on Yelp. He was very responsive and answered all my questions and got me in his schedule pretty quick. He also offered to get a mount for me (rather than me buy it separately), which worked out great. His overall estimate for the work and the mount was pretty reasonable. On the scheduled day, Justin have me a courtesy call to let me know that he was on his way. He had a mask on, was polite and quickly got to work. He checked in with me a couple of times to make sure the mount was as per what I wanted. His work was super clean: outlet and mount, and was all done in a jiffy! I added an extra task of moving the HDMI cables too after some deliberations, which added to his work but he was was unfazed and got that done too. We did have to change plans regarding installing a sound-bar as the bracket he had was not compatible, but he gave me some ideas/options on how I could do it myself. The wiring for the television mount above the fireplace completed by J.T. Installation is NOT up to code. I've been informed that it's a fire hazard and two different electricians said they've NEVER seen anything like it (see photos). My understanding was that J.T. Installation would be putting in an "in wall" receptacle. Consequently, it's going to cost twice as much to fix the damage then do it right. What I have now is a Dollar Store extension cord hanging out of my wall and the wiring run through to the next room coming out of the corner of a cable cord receptacle. Unbelievable! Furthermore, I paid for the privilege of having it done not only wrong but dangerous way. Do not hire J.T. Installations for a TV mount unless it's to do a simple basic mount similar to hanging a picture and definitely not above a fireplace. read more

I recently moved to a new apartment and Justin hung my 55" LG BX OLED TV and mounted my Sonos Beam sound bar underneath it. I opted to not have him install the wires behind the wall because I live in an apartment. He instead hid the wires inside a cord cover kit. When he finished, he cleaned up the area.
