A few days after my generator arrived - a different tech came out and installed it and he also told me that it would run the whole house. The installation was ok by the way. A few days ago we experienced a Hurricane and I started the generator as soon as we lost power and - low and behold - the generator ran everything in the house EXCEPT THE AIR CONDITIONER. So I sat here totally miserable and soaked with sweat for two and a half days. I called the company and complained and the boss apologized - but I am still setting here with the wrong size generator. He told me to either buy a bigger generator or buy one of the small room size AC units. I will never deal with these people again and I strongly advise other people to think long and hard before hiring them.

After spending over a week searching for an electrician to come take a look at a partial loss of…read morepower to one side of my house, I found SOS. Their first available appointment was a week out, probably because they are the ONLY electricians that actually answer the phone or return phone calls. Two gentlemen came out to my house and spent an hour or so checking each point in the current until they were able to identify the issue and fixed it quickly once located. All in all came out to about $100/HR. Both electricians were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and honest. I would use them again for sure.
