My entire hvac system was inoperable. The thermostat was functioning. I was worried this would be a break the bank type of repair. The technician came out and immediately spotted a bad drain microswitch that my builders used (one of the cheaper ones) and said he'd return with the proper switches. $150 later and it's fully operational. I'm pleased with their service and prices. I'd call them again.

They charged my system and checked out the mini slit that was leaking and the technician showed me where it was leaking and then he had to leave for training. He said to check the other units and send pictures, so I did. The next day I called and asked when they were coming back to check the other three and he said they would have to put me back on the list. I called the next day and just asked for a letter from them to send to Mr. Cool warranty department stating the mini split was leaking, so I could get a replacement for it and Eric said, "The owner doesn't feel comfortable putting his name on a letter to another company stating the unit was leaking." I will never use a company that can't stand by their work. Call Crump Air & Heat (229) 469-6340 they came out faster and gave me a letter I could give to the warranty department to get a replacement!

He then went above and beyond in checking my outdoor HVAC and coolant pressures. The new capacitor he placed in the cooling part of my furnace had my AC blowing ice cold immediately after installing.
