I hired Elite Painters, work by Wayne Dyal at 229-223-7389…read more They finished painting, however everything was wet and my house in disarray because I was instructed to remove everything from the cabinets. I pointed out errors and was told they had no problem correcting things not done. Needless to say, the job hasn't been completed and I have been blocked on Facebook and his phone. The hinges I bought for the cabinets that he told me we're good don't work, one coat painted instead of two coats of paint, his worker Jimmy stood on my new stove (while I was at the store to pick up something for the job, I returned to foot prints on the stove) and told me that was common practice, paint on my new stove, baseboards not finished. I was foolish and paid them based on wet work. I should have recognized the warning signs. These are pictures I have also sent to him. One coat of paint behind stove, refrigerator, top of cabinets, behind cabinets by the window, above the entry to the garage, the side of the three windows, the bedroom closets, window seal in the kitchen has already started to crack because normal paint was used vice the oil base for the wood. When I asked him to return to finish the job he told me it would be 300 extra. He took a picture of my stove to prove it worked when he left because his worker Jimmy stood on it. I am new to the area, retired military and it is truly disheartening to see this type of work out here. This was a young start up that I was trying to support. I was assured things were done but the surfaces were only wet. Oh, they only painted one side of doors too, I have plenty of pictures to backup everything written as it still hasn't been completed.
