Approximately…read moreone year ago I paid over $700 cash to have all the over 20 year old AC ducting replaced under my mobile home by this company. As a senior citizen I struggle to save for months to have enough funds for maintenance and upkeep of my property. I just had a new AC system installed this year and found out from the installer that all my ducting was not replaced like I thought and that I would owe an additional $400 to replace the original ducting that was falling apart. I had no other choice but to pay it because the new AC system had to be inspected to approve the loan. I called Reliance about the extra expense now for something I thought was taken care of a year ago and it wasn't. I was told their accounting receipt showed I only paid $75 when in reality I paid over $700 for a job that wasn't completed. My mistake was paying in cash and not getting a hand written receipt at the time of the replacement of the ducting. The receipt was digital and I did not have a way to print it out nor did I realize I needed to save a photo of the digital receipt. If they can blatantly take advantage of a senior citizen like me then it makes me wonder how many others have been taken advantage of. It's disgraceful yet Reliance had no intention of fulfilling the contract of their services even after I called them out on it.

Speaking with a friend she gave us the name and telephone of a company and told us that he'll probably come out as "he's that kind of guy." Reliance Air got here and promptly went to work, stopping the leak. I am incredibly pleased with their promptness and efficiency. As I was speaking with the young man, he said he had been to our home before as he remembered us. I met Waylon a year or so ago through another company and I knew back then that he was planning for his future. He is an engaging and ambitious young man hence he now has his own company. I am thrilled to have found Waylon at Reliance Air and Heat. I thought his price was fair regarding an after hours/weekend price.

I had an unfortunate occurrence with my fairly new 2023 Rheem a leaking gasket but Pv Plumbing gave a great quote to replace this with a new one and I was happy to learn that this Rheem will now be installed by their certified plumbing company! I didn't even know! So I'm not happy about my unexpected expense (side-eye to Rheem) but I think I received a great price from PV to get a new one installed. I TRULY cannot recommend PV plumbing enough!! AIDAN AND CARTER ARE JUST SO AMAZING!! save yourself the aggravation and just call PV plumbing (the company that installed my previous heater just back in April of 2023 may have been the reason my heater failed) he used the same old parts but NOT PV plumbing! This company has exceeded my expectations on timing, professionalism, esthetics of the company, sales and excellent plumbers! I just called yesterday and I'm already fixed first thing in the am! Turns out my water heater was 12 years old (I had just purchased my house). He recommended I replace it, but was never pushy. He gave me different brand options based on my financial situation. He also repaired my toilet that wasn't properly bolted to the floor. It turned out to be a more extensive repair than I had previously thought. He took his time, explained what he was doing and why he needed to do it. He was on time, kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost (plumbers can be expensive!) but I felt the service and time he spend was fairly priced! I will only be using Water Heaters and More from now on!
