They staff was so friendly, welcoming and relaxed. They made me feel comfortable immediately. I loved that my consultant looked for dresses for me but also let me look for dresses. They let you get dressed on your own unless you want someone in there with you (which is actually so nice). The store is small but has an amazing selection of dresses. I found a number of dresses I really liked and was so happy to finally find the one! I couldn't commit immediately and they were very understanding. They took pictures for me (which apparently some stores do not allow) and talked me through the whole process. When it cane to ordering, I was so scared because it was 5 months before my wedding and most bridal salons told me that I was a fool for waiting so long! Here, they confirmed that I had plenty of time. Some of their dresses were available for preorder and could arrive as early as two months later while even if my size wasn't in preorder, it would arrived more than a month before my wedding. On another occasion, I dropped off designer items and when I inquired about the money from the item I was told I had missed the deadline and the item was donated . I don't believe that to be true. They had remarked how much they loved the item at drop off. I believe they kept the item . Just suspect that I never saw my items either times on the sales floor. Of course I paid the $10 fee , their gain, my loss, and picked up my items. BTW some still had the original tags on them, I had never worn the items. Purchased from high end stores. Disappointed.
