My daughter has struggled with sensory issues her entire life that make certain situations challenging. After finding the perfect dress she was so excited to try it on and show her friends. We struggled in the dressing room because I couldn't figure out how to help her get it on and she ended up stuck at one point. Long story short when we finally got the dress on I couldn't figure out how to lace the back and reached out to the associate for guidance. She flat out refused to help stating "No I don't want to go in there". My daughter was brought to tears and of course the 3 girls refused to buy the dresses they all wanted out of principal. It pains me that in 2026 this is how people treat others with disabilities.

The staff at Country Bridals were encouraging, kind and helpful. At the end they even had helpful handouts for wedding planning and a cute favor! My only regret was not being able to use them for my dress as I am a picky person. Otherwise, this is the go to shop for weddings especially if you're looking for a positive experience and a beautiful dress for your special day! They also do tuxedo fittings and rentals. I would have expected better customer service than what I experienced given the high reviews, and that they would have high standards to make sure both jacket and pants match regardless of whether they were slim pants or not. Extremely pricey for basic black tuxedo for 1 night high school event especially if pants and jacket clearly did not match. It was pretty visible in pictures. I wouldn't recommend for future tuxedo rentals. There are other options.
