He was able to work with the multiple layers of tulle underneath my dress as well as the intricate bead and lacework, which was very impressive. We also got tuxes for my husband and his groomsmen for our wedding in 2015, and I absolutely LOVED how they all looked together. Great selection, and the time he spent with us during fittings was much appreciated. I will continue to see Futia's for any future alterations we may need.

Horrific! They destroyed thousands of dollars of clothing. Not a single item was cared for…read moreproperly. Silk dresses, cashmere sweaters, and blazers - all ruined. Sweaters are stiff and pilled. Delicate shirts were hung on metal hangers, completely destroying the shape. Clothing's texture is all stiff and damaged. Pants were shrunk. AND they stuck these horrible glue-on barcodes on everything. Completely un-removable, right over the labels of designer clothes, including a $700 Veronica Beard blazer - destroying everything with their itchy glued on labels that I did not consent to being adhered to my clothing. Only went here because I was on a time-crunch and Cudney's was going to take two extra days. NOT WORTH IT. They should be ashamed.

She truly is amazing at alterations. My daughter had a strapless dress and she lost a significant amount of weight prior to the wedding, 6.26.26. She added built in cups and the fit of the dress was absolutely perfect. I can not express enough how wonderful the staff is and the selection of gowns and styles. My sisters dress was completely ripped at the zipper and had a food stain (textured) on the dress straight out of the packaging, ew! When we asked about it the ladies working said they could try to get the stain out but it might just be. My other sister's dress was pinned to be hemmed and when they asked for approval on the hem it was very short on one side and long on the other, the ladies tailoring gave us attitude but we asked them to make it correct 4x. It took much longer and was much more frustrating than anticipated. Adrienne at the front desk was very helpful and got us confirmation that the stain would be handled. They did discount the dress but it was a difficult experience.
