Pros Customer Service - I found most of the staff to be friendly. Keith was friendly and I appreciated Chuck telling me that he had no idea about the costs of finding a leak in the exhaust. Cons Unrequired services: I was charged $1,000 for unneeded services. Keith knew that I wanted to save money so he offered to not do work on the radiator. Knowing that, why was the following work done? 1. Emblem - Why was this replaced? This is purely cosmetic. I would not need this replaced for the state inspection. 2. Paint job - Cosmetics. 3. Lights - Why were both my entire headlights sections replaced? I never noticed anything about my lights when I drove away from the accident at night. Delays: I was informed that it would be ready by Jan 2nd and even mentioned December 30th as a possibility. I wasn't informed until January 2nd that it was not ready for pick up until either the 5th or the 6th. I wasn't informed until the 6th that they would not have the car ready until the 9th or 10th. It was frustrating having to pay for a rental every additional day for work. No quote: Keith said he would email me a quote on the same day that I brought in my car. I assumed that he was busy with the holidays coming up so I waited several more days but it never came in. I would have questioned things that I would have viewed as unnecessary if I was able to see what they wanted to do. Overall: I was originally told that it would cost about $3,500 as a high estimate but they would try to bring it down to $2,500 by purchasing cheaper parts. This ended up costing $4,000 (which did not include fixing the radiator) and took 7 days longer. I did not have a good experience which I find unfortunate since the two staff I interacted with seemed nice.

This past time I was able to get it started and drove it to Monroeville Dodge and was later advised that the connections to the battery terminals were never tightened. On a side note, how did I get it started this last time? I tried jumping it multiple times with no luck. I was prepared to get it towed yet again. Key FOB is in the car, and I am outside placing the cover back on the battery when my headlights come on. I push a little more and the car starts. I will never take a car back to Victory and will stick with Monroeville moving forward.

Most of the times over the past couple of years Anthony has handled our appointments and all have gone as expected. More recently Steven has handled most of our services. He has been a great addition to the team based on his prior experience as a mechanic. It gives an extra advantage to Victory by having someone as part of the customer service interface that completely understands the minute details of the services and repairs needed. The service advisor team at Victory works side by side as a team and all are quick to jump in to assist customers walking into the door, After more than 2 decades living in Northern Virginia where we used an outstanding Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram/Fiat dealership that we knew we could completely trust, we were not sure what to expect here. What we found at Victory is that while being a much smaller dealership than our previous one, is the same kind of honesty and first rate customer care we had.
