This is a fairly new location, and is resplendent with light up menus, an adorable seating area, and a fun wall mural that details the company's history. We got two smoothies - one for me and one for my boyfriend. He got the Chocolate Gladiator Smoothie with banana and mango as add-ins, and I got the Chocolate Activator, which had protein powder, cocoa, banana, and coconut water. Gary loved his smoothie, but mine wasn't so great. The protein powder made the smoothie kind of grainy and weird. I'll stick to an all-fruit smoothie next time. They have lots of options and different recipes formulated for everything from slimming down to bulking up muscle. It's a great post-workout destination. I have to give Smoothie King high marks for the friendly and patient staff (thanks for giving us lots of time to order - we are VERY indecisive!), well kept interior, and wide variety of not only smoothies but also energy bars and other healthy snacks. They even had the hard to find Vanilla Caramel Hero Quest Bar, which I haven't seen in many stores. I got a few of those to go. Smoothie King is also very convenient, with walk in and drive thru options for pickup. We'll be back - but I'm getting something different next time!

Everybody is welcome; you don't have to be skinny and dressed in Lululemon to feel comfortable here. Roberta's Hot 26 classes are challenging but very supportive; I adore her, and I'm completely addicted. MaryRose will make every muscle in your body burn, and you'll feel like a superhero when you survive her class. Tara is the velvet hammer, and Marilyn does a great job of explaining the poses. (I'd recommend Marilyn's class if you're new to hot yoga, although she also challenges experienced yogis.) Mary plays the best music; if you want to jam out during your asana practice, go to her Friday night class. I honestly couldn't love this place more. I have nothing negative to say. Show up early to get a parking spot, because classes are often packed, for good reason.

It was a super hot summer day so nothing pairs better than a nice smoothie. I was highly craving a smoothie bowl but sadly didn't have much time to enjoy one. I always feel like if you don't sit down properly to enjoy a smoothie bowl, you just end up with a brain freeze. So I went for the next best thing: a power protein smoothie! They have a vegan version with pea protein and almond milk which was awesome! I happily took this to go but this Vitality Bowls location is a complete vibe to come hang out and do some work or stop in for a quick lunch break. Love their fire place and cute neon sign. I'm a sucker for neon signs hehe. The window tints keep this place nice and cool and you can sit by the window and people/car watch. Plus it's so conveniently located and great as a post grocery run if you go to Aldi. Overall, great spot for a healthy treat. They have $6 wellness Wednesday smoothies!

Right after me, about 15 people came in in the next 10 minutes, and there was only ONE person working. He was so overwhelmed with the in-person orders and online orders.. Probably won't come here again given the LONG wait and steep prices.

I wish they made smaller smoothie sizes. They drinks are way to big and I'm not able to enjoy more than half of one before it is melted and starting to get warm. If they offered normal human sizes for a smoothie consumption, I'd go there frequently but it feels like a waste of money and juice so I only go a couple times a year. Great drinks, good food. They've done a good job at sprucing up the exterior of their shop so you do have a bit of a hint of the goodness that lies within. Once you enter, the shop itself is pure cuteness. They have electronic ordering near the door, QR codes on each table so you can easily order from there, or you can order directly at the counter. On my first visit, I got one of their smoothie bowls. I got it with a coconut base (instead of acai) and ordered the crispy berry smoothie bowl. It came with tons of beautifully fresh berries, pecans, and almond butter. It was divine. For my beverage, I got their coconut latte made with almond milk. It came beautifully presented with coconut shavings on top and a small cookie for dipping (are you serious?!? So lovely). I think I literally exclaimed, 'So lovely!' when they brought it to my table. Everything also tasted amazing. The coconut latte was made with beautifully rich and smooth espresso. It was completely dreamy. So much so, that I ordered the same coffee on two additional visits while I was in the area. On my second visit, I got their turkey panini which was one of the best turkey sandwiches I've had in a while. Perfectly toasted and filled with spinach, cheese, and grape tomatoes--I loved every bite. One my third visit, I got their breakfast toast made with veggie spread. It came with an ample pile of veggies and herbs and a scrambled egg on top--amazing! Both the turkey panini and the breakfast toast also came with a side salad. Additionally, one morning I ordered a fruit bowl, which was filled with fresh berries, banana, and kiwi. The service is kind and the prices are reasonable. Seriously, what a gem! Get to it!
