Gary loved his smoothie, but mine wasn't so great. The protein powder made the smoothie kind of grainy and weird. I'll stick to an all-fruit smoothie next time. They have lots of options and different recipes formulated for everything from slimming down to bulking up muscle. It's a great post-workout destination. I have to give Smoothie King high marks for the friendly and patient staff (thanks for giving us lots of time to order - we are VERY indecisive!), well kept interior, and wide variety of not only smoothies but also energy bars and other healthy snacks. They even had the hard to find Vanilla Caramel Hero Quest Bar, which I haven't seen in many stores. I got a few of those to go.
