Honestly , this daycare is a pure nightmare. I took my kids out for their lack of nurture, lack of teaching , no curriculum , they are not hands on with the children. Offer no toys for outside play but broken tricycles . They feed the kids scraps, and walk around the babies like they are not there. They do not sanitize any of the rooms or toys because they don't have enough staff to clean rooms , only to watch the kids until closing then they're out. So the kids are ALWAYS sick. They should honestly be shut down. Nobody there is happy to be there. It's so bad, even 3 months after taking my kids out ... I'm still concerned for the growth of the children still there. My child is so much happier each day , elsewhere. And let's not mention the director, she acts like she doesn't have kids. No sympathy, no passion , just there. Take a tour for yourself, you'll immediately feel the attitude by the staff. Who cares about video surveillance offered if your child is not getting love , compassion or growth. Don't take your kids there. Especially not babies. I love children, and this place is no place for children. It saddens me. God bless read more

I love this Tutor Time location, it is more then just childcare it's more of family. My daughter started off in the infants class and they were more then amazing with her. They very open for educational information with my daughter being breastfeed they were open to learning techniques on feeding. My daughter sees them more as family and so do we. The teachers are consistent and they are very knowledgeable. Since COVID they have taken precautions such as masks and temperature checks which has made it even better because my daughter hasn't been coming in sick. The staff communicate via app and in person about concerns and activities.i love receiving pictures daily about activities she has been doing and her art work. We wouldn't pick any other place for her. Did I mention that the prices are great? The management team are amazing they are at the front desk on arrival and communicate any new or up coming concerns or changes. When I have a concern about a situation it's taken serious and has been taken care of immediately. I love that my daughter is excited to go induring the morning and I am able to see her progress through out the day. read more

I have an issue with this facility way they take care of our own kids. on 08/28/2022 about 11:06am had to pick up my kid after been called that my son was miss bihaving by open the class door and pushing chair. Other day care before this one never had an issue, but when I pick up my son he pied on hispands and never changed been neglect with urine on him. Is not first time they call to take him home and ask what is their process with children who miss behave, there is a program for that and they never offer it or try to work out a plan to try to control his bad behavior if there is one. Believe issue began when ask for work discount is offer from my employement and ever since been having issue with them. another event on 08/23/2022 about 8am-8:30am i was sitting on driver seat while my wife dropping off my son, I see the director stepping out her white car and guess her child is taken care of theire but I saw learly front of the building how she was holdering her 2 year old child by one arm not wanting to go inside and she would literly draw her own child. If this is hapening by own school director out in public front of the building, what is hapening in closed doors. We ask to be provided with update how our child is doing and they give us round around how application is not working.   based on their web site says they provide best education, when i pick up my son all i see is all of them sitting down watching videos from an Ipad rather then teaching them just how they advertise.   at begining they will always have all ages in one big room and they wold just let them run around with maybe 1 or 2 adults in there with easy over 20 kids runing around bare foot with no atention since they are supper under staff.   this are just few items notice there is neglect and bad practices for our own chidren and just feer what hapends behind close doors. We took our son out of that day same day on 8/23/2022 and sign him up on his prior school which had way better standar and our son just loved to go every day. read more

I believe this is a just decent place. The first time I went there it was to find out if they offered private kinder, my main reason was that one of my kiddos is a December baby, and I was looking into enrolling him in Kinder, but he didn't make the cutoff date of September 1st to be able to enroll. I was looking everywhere, calling every school, charter school, private schools, and nobody offered the "Early entrance" for kinder. I read somewhere on their website that they offered private kinder... when I went to inquire, they didn't offer that in this specific location, but the one in Laveen. With their prices, and the drive, it wasn't going to work out for us, plus, they couldn't guarantee that the school system would actually "accept" it, because it wasn't a certified, blah, blah, blah! So basically, it was going to be just babysitting my 4 year old, with a monthly payment... no thanks, I can do that at home, for free!! Plus, my house wouldn't stink like a dirty diaper perpetually. Now, the last times, I've been there is to pick up an acquaintances kid, so I can watch him after hours. It has been decent service, the staff seems friendly, but most of the time, they are just talking among themselves, and don't give a very professional service at the front desk, they are too casual for my taste... I don't even know them, I need them to acknowledge me, and show me around, so I can get the correct kid out, lol! They just take it for granted everybody knows the drill. **PS: Last 2 visits I noticed that they've been using lysol more often, the stinky diaper smell is not as prevalent. read more

This is an amazing preschool. The old reviews don't do the school justice. I toured many schools in the area that had better reviews and found that they should have the rough reviews. The center director is amazing and the staff was very kind. The children were all happy, the school is bright and clean. We have been here over a year now and my children have learned so much. read more

My daughter was here 3 days. Each day when I came to pick her up after being gone 10 hours her coat was still on! Nobody paid enough attention to remove it after 10 hours!!! The 3rd day I picked her up. I looked through the peep window. The Hispanic "teacher" was holding one Hispanic child on her hip. My daughter (black) was standing right beside the teacher crying her head off, face red snot running, scared. I could tell she had been crying for a while cuz her skin was blotchy. My daughter was looking up at the teacher hands out stretched to get her attention the teacher was looking at the wall completely ignoring my daughter. I flipped my shit!!! I asked how long she had been crying the woman shrugged and said oh about 10 minutes. 10 minutes!!! I said lady you couldn't run in place for 10 minutes but you got my daughter here crying for 10 minutes ignoring her!!! Even 3 minutes is a long time when a kid is crying upset like that. The kid on her hip was not crying or in distress at all. So why not put that kid down and try to calm my daughter down??? The stupid bitch. I reported this location to the people that investigate this stuff but I never got a follow up about what they did. The cameras don't record at all! So they are useless. And if something like this were to happen to your kid there would be no proof of it. I certainly do not recommend this location for any children! read more

My nephew was attending here and his mom just found out they wake him up from his nap by tipping him out of his cot, there is black mold and one child had pin worms and they did not clean properly. Do not bring your child here it needs to be shut down!! read more

Just got word my kids favorite teacher is no longer there, VERY disappointed. She was one of the FEW teachers who was interactive with the kids, very knowledgeable, friendly, and that has been there since the center opened which ive been taking my children since as well. Looks like Tutor Time Corporate made a huge mistake this time around. Big loss, you may be able to replace teachers, but you will never find a replacement like her... so GOOD LUCK Tutor Time!. read more

I really wanted this place to be good, since it was so close to our house. It's actually shocking how TERRIBLE this place is. The only halfway decent person working there is the current owner. She has a lot to fix. First of all, they have a nice facility but it is poorly taken care of. It's dirty and grimy, everything is poorly lit and dingy. No one cares who walks in or out of the place. Employees are often just sitting behind the front desk chatting and don't say hello. Never once was my ID checked, even the first day I picked up my son. When myself or my husband would come pick him up, they never knew what room he was in. When we did find him, most of the time in front of a television. He would come home telling us every day about the movies he watched. When we asked about this, it was because "it's the summer" and the curriculum is "more relaxed". This continued even after school started. If he wasn't watching TV he was climbing the walls in his classroom while his teacher was on her cell phone. She also yelled at the kids a lot, grabbing them by the arms and moving them around. We got 3 daily communication sheets the whole month we were there. My son was coming home covered in huge scrapes and bruises with no communication as to how it happened. No bandaid, or anything, just a big open wound. They were always photocopied and no specific information was on it. Even the ate lunch and nap part was photocopied saying everyone ate everything and everyone napped the same amount of time. The staff were all extremely young, most looked just out of high school, and obviously have very little training. The WORST was being out of ratio. My husband would drop off and there would be one teacher and 20 3 year olds in the room. When he told the managers, it was a short answer saying they KNEW it was happening and then NOTHING was done about it. In fact, none of our complaints were addressed. STAY AWAY. You're better off at Children's Learning on Baseline. read more

Be careful they are short staffed and have issues keeping toddlers in the room. My granddaughter was dis-enrolled by the daycare because she at the age of 3 (just turned 3) was escaping the classroom. then because we could not come and get her at 1030 in the morning because the teacher had 13 3-year olds and I guess couldn't handle it despite we had also paid a great deal of money for them to be able to care two kids for the week we were told she was being dis- enrolled. Now when we called corporate the director Marissa denied making this statement. There was also an incident this past summer. My daughter went to pick up her then 2 year old and found her outside with 5 other 2 year olds unattended. When my daughter brought this to the director Marssa's attention she claimed they would do an internal investigation. Later when my daughter went back to Marissa to inquire about their internal investigation Marissa assured my daughter that the teacher had been fired and that this would never happen again. A few weeks later the teacher that had supposedly been fired was in a different classroom. We should have pulled the kids out then. This place doesn't even deserve one star. Beware! read more
