We were lucky to have TLE open in our community, right at the time when we were searching for a good day care for our 2 year old, who has never been in day care before. We were dreading the whole process, as we knew it will be very hard for our child at least for a month or so. The staff were very welcoming, gave us informative tour, and addressed all the concerns/ questions we had. They even gave us numerous tips on how to ease in our little one to day care setting. The first two weeks were an ordeal for us, as our little girl would cry for the most part, till we picked her up by mid day. But through that rough time, the teachers, staff were reassuring, and were still engaging her in various activities, trying to communicate with her and finding her needs. She would cry, only because of the separation from home/ parents, but she started to enjoy her time at TLE. One month after, it is a night and day difference. She now walks in by herself, instead of being carried out from car seat while she is in tears. She wakes up everyday, looking forward to meeting her teacher/classmates. It is such a relief that the staff were there to support us through the process and made it so much easier for our little girl. The facility itself is spacious, clean, with enough toys/ books/ equipment to keep the little ones curious and engaged. The curriculum has inbuilt sign language, manners, physical activity like stretching, hopping, and usually an interesting theme each week. They had water day every week with a splash pad in the play yard, till it got too hot and our little one absolutely enjoyed it. It was a pleasure to participate in the fun events they had for mother's day and father's day. We are glad to be a part of the TLE family and look forward to seeing our little girl grow up in the nurturing environment they offer. read more

My family loves TLE. My son has been going here for almost 3 mos and I have nothing but positive things to say. We came from another facility that was lacking in every area of childcare. After touring the facility and meeting with the Director Erica, I was so excited for my son to move to this facility. The staff and especially my sons teachers truly care about the children. They are so loving, and treat them like they are their own. The Educational activities they provide are exceptional. For example they are teaching the infants sign language, They are doing a music program, painting and art projects. It takes a very special person to have the time and patients to do all this with 6 wk- 12 mos olds and actually enjoy doing it. TLE has these kind of special teachers. Every time I drop him off he has a big smile on his face and is just so happy to see his teachers and reaches out for them. I look forward to seeing the themed pictures they take every week. We brought our boys here when our youngest son was four years old and they did an excellent job with the pre-K program! We were concerned about if he would be ready for kindergarten by the time August rolled around but he staff there had him completely ready! They are kind and compassionate toward the children that attend and I would recommend to anyone to bring their children here. There was an issue with a previous employee and it was immediately rectified. I saw other posts about gossiping but I have never heard it myself. The staff genuinely cares about each other and take care of each other. There is a zero tolerance for employees when there is any concern for the children. They hold high expectations of their staff and the outcome truly shows through the progress seen in the children (both academically and socially!) Great work, TLE staff! TLE has a very professional crew. The front desk always greets me and clearly has a love for these babies. The Infant room does a great job taking care of Norah too. They offer to hold Norah when I come in which really helps with drop off for the admin I have to do. Also, the take home sheet is helpful for me, and they keep up with it (some daycares have this form but don't fill it in consistently). My favorite thing about TLE's facility is the cleanliness and the standard of care for the classrooms. Their standard of cleanliness reassured me that my baby is safe and it's so welcoming. And as a bonus, they will have less maintenance costs which for Parents means a safe and comfortable facility (replacing floors, furniture, toys). My favorite thing about the staff is that they truly love the children. I can see it when I drop off Norah and she smiles so big when greeted by her teacher(s). read more

So glad we found TLE. Have 2 kiddos that attend TLE . We came from another center that I felt my kids were not advancing. My daughter is in the infant room and the ladies in there are nothing but AWESOME!!!!! Since we have started bringing her here is has grown and is doing so much more. Ms. Elisa and Ms. Allison care for those babies like their own. My son is almost 2 and he just loves TLE we get to the light by the school and says "school" with the biggest smile. At the other center he cried all day and now we chase him dwn the hall to go hm lol. My 7 yr did attend summer camp for a couple of weeks and she loved it as well. We love our school!!!!! My only regret about this place is not finding it sooner. My child learned SO much and came out of her shell to an astounding degree. The staff, the curriculum, the classmates, they're all top notch. The theme weeks, events, and lessons all made for an exciting and engaging environment. Ms. Amy, Ms. Maddy, and Mr. D in particular were excellent in creating a bond with my little one and making her excited to come to school and learn. I highly highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a place for their kids to form friendships and gain knowledge. Thanks for getting Evelyn ready for Kindergarten, friends. Came in for an interview not too long ago and was very surprised to find that it's just like a lot of other daycares that keep having to hire a bunch of new people because it's probably a toxic work environment. The lady Jessica that I was supposed to interview with, told me to have a seat in the front area, while I could more than clearly hear her and the other staff speaking unprofessionally about others that probably either work there or regularly come into the center for childcare. My boys attended The Learning Experience for summer camp this year. They loved it! (Keep in mind they are 10 and 7 - the age that never wants to go anywhere. :) ) Water day was their favorite. They were able to enjoy the splash pad with their friends. They love Ms. Madi and always talked about how fun she made their day. She was always sitting down with the kids in the classroom, playing games and making art projects. We will definitely be taking the boys back to their summer camp program next year. I am speaking as a parent not a staff member. I have enjoyed my son attending TLE he has made so many improvements and really shown great progress in his learning. We absolutely LOVE The Learning Experience! The facility is full of beautiful bright colors plus it is always clean and smells good. My daughter Makayla has been going there for about a year now and at the age of 3 years old she is already reading, correct she is reading real life BOOKS!! My daughter started attending TLE a little over a year ago. I am beyond impressed with how far she has come. Ms. Madi and Ms. Amy are amazing teachers and she is learning so much.
