They do SO many activities with him to further help develop his skills (fine motor, social, cognitive, sensory, etc) and I'm personally a huge fan of the app they use to keep us updated throughout the day. They even send pictures as well :) We are moving back to our home state in a couple of weeks and are so bummed that his time at ACP has to come to an end. We are really hoping our experience at the next daycare will be as great as our experience at ACP has been.

From the very first day, the staff made both me and my child feel welcome, comfortable, and confident in our choice. Their professionalism is evident in everything they do--from their clear communication and structured daily routines to the genuine care they show each child. What stands out most is how attentive and nurturing the team is. They take the time to understand each child's personality, needs, and development, and it really shows. My child absolutely loves going every day and often talks about the fun activities, friends, and teachers with excitement. That kind of enthusiasm says more than anything I could write. The environment is clean, safe, and thoughtfully organized, which gave me peace of mind right away. I also appreciate how they keep parents informed with regular updates and are always open to questions or conversations. It's clear that this daycare isn't just a place to watch children--it's a place where they learn, grow, and feel supported. I'm incredibly grateful for the positive impact they've had on my child's development and happiness. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional daycare. I hate writing this but I need to. I even waited so long in hopes that this daycare would be back…read moreto the amazing daycare we once thought it was. Let start with what just happened this last Wednesday. My wife goes to pick up my son however he comes out without his back pack or water bottle we sent him with so my wife kindly ask that we do bring it back because we do use it for more occasions other than school. 10 minutes later the teacher comes back empty handed and asks my wife to go back and look for it herself. After instructing my wife that it should be with one of the cubby's, we realize he doesn't have his own cubby in the 2's room. Understandable considering he's transitioning into the 3's room. Well after no luck in the 2's she moves into the 3's room to find his backpack simply just sitting on a desk in the middle of the room. Fair enough, we recognized this was a newer teacher however, after careful inspection she realized even in the 3's room he didn't have his own cubby. My son has no designated spot for him in this school. Well, as upset as she is she takes my son home and notices a smell. Well, he's almost 3 in the process of potty training so maybe an accident? No. And old accident they didn't even bother to change his underwear after, as well as residuals on my sons butt from not being properly cleaned up. What's the point of sending the 3 back up pairs of clothes they specifically ask for if they're not going to bother changing my son after an accident, so now he has an awful rash that pains him just to sit down Now onto the tuition. For the last several months my wife and I have been paying for three days a week for my son to attend. Just recently my wife moved to part-time at her work and was able to take him usually an extra day so sometimes we would only need two days of daycare. After I personally spoke to the Director of the kids Academy daycare I was given the OK to only have to pay for two days of daycare. After about three weeks of doing so the Director comes back and tells me I've been under paying and I need to make sure that I pay back the remaining that I owe. well apparently she was talking about the extra day that we hadn't been paying for for the last couple of weeks because she told me I didn't have to. So they want to head and back charged me charging me a total of $250 cover the current weeks tuition of three days and the last couple of days we DIDNT send my son. Now they expect me to pay for 3 days even if he only attends 2 to make sure to "keep his spot". I'm sorry, what did I pay his $125 enrollment for? Oh right, HIS SPOT. I'm sorry Kids Academy but we as parents have been dreading our son going to your daycare we've even decided to send him elsewhere. Big disappointment and don't waste your money on this careless daycare that smells like dirty diapers the second you walk in. Disgusting

This chapter was a huge transition for both of us. I put my trust and heart in the hands of The Kids Academy. They were so supportive to my son and to me. He became potty trained in a very short time frame. I noticed his vocabulary and speech enhance as he was talking more than ever in full sentences! He made friends, loved his teachers and we both learned to be comfortable with the separation during school/work hours! I will forever be grateful for The Kids Academy as they played a huge role!

I'd like to add that if you have had a different experience with this school and the five year old classroom than what my son and I had to endure, that is great. I would never want any child to be treated maliciously, so if you are a lucky parent and she was nice to your children, I am genuinely happy for you. I am speaking from my own experience with this teacher, and my experience was and is still valid. She is lucky I am being vague about what my child had to experience with her as a teacher. I as a parent am writing this review out of genuine concern for every child that enters this school's well being. Beware of biased reviews from friends of teachers at this school who do not have the children's best interest at heart, and instead are leaving reviews to help their friend's egos.

It's saddening to see a review that talks illy about the 5's teacher. I hope that if you read that review, then you also read this one as well. Great Beginnings has been nothing but a pleasure to be apart of. Day in and day out, I know that the people in that place are filled with light and God's glory. Their intent is to raise up a child in the ways they should go, "Proverbs 22:6. Train up a child in the way he should go;". There has NEVER been a moment where I did not trust or depend on a GB teacher to guide my children accordingly. Specifically, Ms. Mandy has prepared 2/3 of my kids for pre-k and has done nothing but a wonderful job. She has challenged them, loved on them, and prepared them to know what to expect in Kindergarten. (And I'm not sure if you know what the education system is like nowadays but it's ROUGH). Realizing that there are moments where she needed to be tough to ensure that my child would be successful was apart of my job as the PARENT. I knew for a fact that she had no ill intent. She is HIGHLY qualified for the job, as both of my boys are gifted in Math. Let me echo this again, She knows what she is doing. I have recommended countless families to GB and will continue to do so. Pleasing everyone in this world is impossible. But, I can vouch and say that GB is one of the best places you can bring your child if you're looking for curriculum that is filled with the truths of God and love of Jesus, teachers who know what they are doing and enjoy it, and a place that you can trust.
