I made multiple attempts to return contact regarding this matter but did not receive a response. Closing the case under these circumstances, without confirming that the issue was properly diagnosed and corrected, is unacceptable. The fact that the vehicle was picked up should not be interpreted as confirmation that the repair was completed successfully. It simply reflects that I was left without further support or communication. I am requesting that this complaint be formally documented and reviewed. I called Huntington in Cumming and they were able to administer the test the next day in the comfort of Huntington, which was a mile from my house. There was tutoring going on around me, which was a bit distracting, but the owner without asking offered me his headphones to block out the noise. I appreciated their care and I passed the test!
