I was referred to Gia Ganesh (Career Coaching) by a work colleague. I came to her with four…read morespecific areas of my life that I wanted to improve (both personally and professionally). After speaking to her, we discussed her style, but more importantly, she wanted to know my style. She wanted to know what 'worked' with me, and what didn't. Gia and I agreed to work together. She immediately set forth on determining if the areas that I wanted to improve really needed improving. Were they the right areas to focus on to actually achieve my overall goals? She then began an ongoing assessment of me based on various introspective conversations and by exposing me to different assessment and analytical tools. She focused me to not look at the final solutions, but rather drill down to smaller 'wins' and 'successes' based on weekly (or bi-weekly) achievable goals that targeted me toward my ultimate solutions. You can't climb a mountain without taking the first step. In all honesty, I started this process a little skeptical. I am a big believer that you are in control of your own destiny. However, after working with Gia, I truly came to appreciate and respect the path that she provided to me. She pushed my limits while always respecting my boundaries (how life can sometimes get in the way). My granddaughter gives it (10/10!)…read more I took my granddaughter (8 years old) to Color Sling for her belated birthday, and we had an absolutely exciting and fun time filled with creativity and laughter. I have to admit, it wasn't nearly as messy as I expected--they provided everything we needed and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. My granddaughter had a blast, and thanks to the wonderful employees, she gives this place 10 stars. And, said "We will definitely be back"!!! For me, it was the perfect stress-relief activity and such a great bonding experience. We went at noon, so it was peaceful and relaxed, which made it even better. The staff was incredibly attentive, giving clear instructions before and after our session. It was also nice to see that they offer event spaces for parties and gatherings. We had so much fun!!…read more My sisters and I wanted to do something to unwind and we definitely enjoyed ourselves here. Called in to make an appointment beforehand just to guarantee our spot. There are amazing group deals on their website as well as some more information about the business! Melissa, co-owner, was there the day we went in and she was so so welcoming. We were supplied ponchos and shoe coverings as well as lockers for our things and even hair nets and accessories. They thought of it all! Melissa explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us to our creativity. I absolutely loved the fact that we were always checked on as well as our paint and cleaning waters. Melissa would make encouraging comments I needed because I for one am not creative. LOL I absolutely cannot wait to drop by again and bring others because I definitely feel it's a very special little place. The vibe just gives and I'm so grateful to know a place like this exists.
