As far as the Senior Dentist Jamie Sanders - she seemed eager to make it right but my records were already exposed. Aside from this; the office is small and as a patient, I could hear everyone's dental needs due to the lack of walls protecting people's personal dental privacy needs. I heard courses of action, proceedings on medications; so forth and so on. Also, the technology for X-rays is just not there. On a positive: The technicians on the floor are super friendly and do try to help make each patient comfortable. The office is in a great location (right off the 10 freeway) and the entrance/consumer seating area was super quaint and comfortable. I decided to seek other dentistry experts for my dental needs. Perhaps this is a lesson for the future and patients can try this place in hopes that their rights are not violated also. Thanks for reading.

The cleaning experience Is always great. However, I'm not…read moresure what exactly happened to this place. I usually come in for x-rays, cleaning, and I fill in my front tooth which I chip frequently with some sort of enamel and a UV light hardener. It's nothing permanent, but I'm OK with that. I'm normally taken care of the same exact day, but this time was a little different. The new dentist said she didn't have enough time to take care of me and that was that. They didn't fill my tooth, which is specifically what I came in for, but they were too busy to do it. Despite me calling the same day of my appointment and asking if they had an opening. It was clearly just a hand into my pocket as if they needed to make a quick $200 off some x-rays and the cleaning. Now it feels like it's more about the sale and less about the smiles. I've been a client since 2011. The most wonderful and original dentist passed away recently. This place has made a turn for the worst. Wouldn't recommend anymore.

They are professional, efficient, and they care. Also doesn't hurt that to look at them, you know they take healthcare seriously!

I would only recommend this dental office with strong reservations…read more One major issue I experienced was consistently extremely painful and stressful dental cleanings. After recently visiting other dental offices, I realized that cleanings should not be that uncomfortable. Though I do have a lot of respect for dental hygienists--their job of cleaning people's mouths is incredibly difficult, and I know I couldn't do this job myself. One time, they upsold me a very expensive mouthwash that cost over $50. I bought it because my cleanings were always very painful, and they claimed it would help by preventing buildup. But it didn't make any difference--it was a complete waste of money. I was a patient here for about five years, and another issue was that over time it became clear that communication was consistently lacking. The staff never directly explained their concerns with me. Good and timely communication helps prevent much bigger issues down the line, but unfortunately, that standard wasn't met here. Additionally, I never even knew who the actual dentist was--his name or even if it was the same person each time I visited. There was also a billing or coding error during one of my visits. Despite it being the office's responsibility to resolve and they actually promised to do so, I had to resolve the issue myself despite myself not being on the expert on the field. If you live in the area, I recommend exploring or at least looking into other options, such as Gentle Dental in Palm Valley or a private dental practice. These alternatives generally offer better continuity of care, lower staff turnover, and honest communication in difficult situations. And the dental cleaning to my honest experience is much less painful.

Instead, he was told he had multiple major dental issues and was presented with a treatment plan involving a tooth extractions, crowns, and several other procedures totaling thousands of dollars out-of-pocket -- even after insurance. The whole experience felt rushed and very high-pressure. Before agreeing to anything, we decided to get a second opinion later that same day. The other dentist told us that his teeth were nowhere near as bad as described. He did not need any extractions or crowns -- just a deep cleaning and possibly one or two small fillings. Our total with insurance at the second office was $10, not thousands. After reading through Yelp reviews later, we noticed a lot of people mentioning that this place seems extremely profit-driven -- and that absolutely matched our experience. We understand that treatment opinions can vary, but the drastic difference here was alarming. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to anything at this office. Upon arrival, I observed concerning hygiene practices--a staff member put on gloves, touched their face, and then attempted to treat my child without changing them. This raised serious concerns about infection control. Communication was poor throughout the visit. Staff did not introduce themselves, explain their roles, or clearly communicate procedures, and there was no proper informed consent before attempting care. The office enforces a $100 rescheduling fee for patients, yet frequently changes appointments themselves. Despite multiple reminders warning of this fee, we arrived on time only to be told they didn't know why we were there and that there was no reason for the appointment, even though it had been scheduled and confirmed by their office. When we raised concerns, staff dismissed them and made no effort to resolve the situation, leaving us feeling that our time did not matter. Additionally, staff entered the room appearing confused, spoke to each other in another language without explanation, and repeatedly referred to my son as a girl despite being corrected, which felt disrespectful. Overall, the office was unprofessional, disorganized, and lacking in basic communication and courtesy. Our time and concerns were not respected, and I cannot recommend this dental office.
