They proceeded to call me at work, and continued to demand that I call them at their office for a balance of 45 dollars that they threatened me to send to collections for (all while I'm at work and cannot call!) Please hire better and more competent front desk staff, who can be accountable for their responsibilities, know how to communicate, and write down the correct address of their patients. I have never had this issue with any medical office in the past. Also, I hate to beat a dead horse, it's not courteous to call people when you can resolve an issue by text or email, it is also ridiculous to demand people to call you when they clearly stated they are at work. Do better. In addition, I doubt that they communicated about this "balance" of 45 dollars prior to this text - I don't think they ever sent me any mail, because they literally had my dental insurance and cannot mail this to the wrong address. Good luck also coming up with proof of call log or text messages to show the practice owner/dentist that you have contacted me prior to this! I wouldn't be surprised if this person never did the admin work to get payment from patients, and now their ass is on fire, because the practice is not getting paid. I had an ok time being this dentist's patient. Overall it's ok, besides the fact that he always wanted to ask me about my country of origin. I understand this is your way of making small talk, but I'm not a fan of keeping discussing my country of origin at every single visit. Perhaps this is just an annoying white male thing. The first visit, I told the dentist I wanted to have one molar extracted because I let it go too long and there was hardly any tooth left. The dentist came in and didn't even make eye contact with me, he quickly said he can save it and he can do a root canal in a half hour and then walked away. I asked the assistant if that is realistic and she said no, the dentist has no sense of time, and she rescheduled me for another day. That day came and something came up so I called to reschedule. They told me I would be charged $50 for not showing up. The last visit I went to was on Monday, July 20, 2026, and the dentist came in and quickly pushed my seat back and started working on my tooth. He gave me about ten injections total, all over the place, he was so rough I kept saying ouch as I was pushing myself back away from his hand, and he would just tell me to relax. He kept trying to put a piece of some sort of needle into my tooth, and every time he did it, I felt so much pain as it was hitting the nerve of my tooth. I would tell the dentist to stop and he would just quickly give me another injection and start working on my root canal again. He even gave one injection inside of my tooth and OMG it was the worse pain I ever felt in my life. Long story short, I made the dentist stop the work since I was still able to feel every single bit of what he was doing on my tooth. I couldn't open my mouth after that day for a week, I have a bruise on my jaw line from how rough the dentist was, and I have a ball inside my mouth on my cheek from the injections too. I also ended up with a blister on my bottom lip somehow. Oh, and the dentist told me he left a piece of gauze in my tooth before he coated it with filling until I return. If you don't want to be in more pain, and be at risk of developing an infection, please don't come here. The dentist here only wants more money so he does unnecessary work to make his money and does not care about his patients' needs or wellbeing.

My experience with Dental Depot has been awful from day one. I had immediate dentures made using a…read more3D image instead of a traditional mold, and they never fit properly from the start. After months of appointments, we were finally getting close to something workable when a technician cracked my dentures. I was then told by the doctor that I would need to start completely over with a new top denture. Throughout this process, the staff showed very little empathy. On more than one occasion when I called or came in, I was asked, "What seems to be the problem now?"--which made me feel like a burden rather than a patient. For six months, I returned every three weeks for adjustments to a wax mold. Each time, I explained that the dentures were uncomfortable, yet when they came back, the issues were never corrected. When the fit slightly improved, the teeth still protruded too far, giving me a buck-toothed appearance where my bottom lip would tuck underneath them. I repeatedly pointed this out, but it was never properly addressed. At what I thought would be my final wax fitting, they instead presented a finished product that still did not fit correctly. While the suction had improved, the appearance and comfort were unacceptable. The doctor even told me to take them home and "try them out." I explained that if they did not fit properly in the office, they would not fit at home, and I declined. The doctor initially offered to restart the process, but then the office manager stepped in and said they could issue a refund and refer me to a specialist--only if they took the dentures back. After everything, I left feeling frustrated and defeated. About a week later, I called to restart the process and scheduled a new appointment. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been canceled--without any proper notice--and that they would be keeping my $2,000, letting me keep my broken dentures, and referring me elsewhere. I never received a call about this, only a text confirming the appointment. As a result, I am currently stuck using cracked dentures. I am afraid to eat with them, so I remove them and stick to soft foods. I only wear them in public. This has been a degrading and deeply emotional experience. Having your teeth removed is already difficult enough, and I was made to feel like it was insignificant. There was one technician who was kind, and I wish her the best. Unfortunately, the overall experience has been life-changing in the worst way. I do not recommend this location. I plan to contact corporate to file a complaint in hopes of getting a refund so I can afford dentures that actually fit and function properly. I sincerely hope they improve their quality of care so no one else has to go through what I have experienced.

They didn't fill my tooth, which is specifically what I came in for, but they were too busy to do it. Despite me calling the same day of my appointment and asking if they had an opening. It was clearly just a hand into my pocket as if they needed to make a quick $200 off some x-rays and the cleaning. Now it feels like it's more about the sale and less about the smiles. First of all, they don't have a license to be performing cosmetic dentistry in their office, but…read morethey do it breaking the law and being guilty of an offense legally, like I intend to take action and file a lawsuit against them. Here's what happened. I paid them thousands of dollars to replace the caps on my two front teeth because they wouldn't do just one they had to do both of them. Which they didn't really have to do, but that's the only way they would do it or whatever so. I had to buy brand new teeth in other words so they glued them on when they finally came in and I had already had my teeth capped prior to going there. So they glue my teeth on and the right one just keeps falling off constantly. The second time that it fell off I brought it down there to get it glued on and they told me oh sorry, Russell but you have to have a root canal. And I said no I don't. There's nothing wrong with my tooth. It just came glued like yesterday you to glue it back on that's it. There's no reason why I would even have a cavity or anything there but they're like oh no there's a cavity you have to have a root canal for a cavity. The truth is that you do not have to have a root canal for a cavity you have what's called a filling for a cavity unless it's causing you great pain and then you might consider a root canal but I'm on government insurance and they know this so in order to hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a root canal they made it mandatory or they wouldn't fix my tooth. So I said OK well you better be careful because you my tooth back remaining knob thing that they glue your tooth on too, so what happens they go in and they shave and get rid of my entire all the way down to the gum line and do a root canal and when they're done this is how stupid they are they're like oh well you don't have anything to glue the tooth on too now you need an implant they said I said how much is that gonna cost they said $5000! I said I don't have $5000. I came in here under warranty for the that you've already required to fix my tooth and come up with a solution and now you've done me wrong twice right so now what happens they this post they drill a hole up through the tooth that is still in my gum, but they just did a unnecessary root canal on just so that they could bill my Access insurance and so they build this little thing they stick this little clear thing that looks like a thick piece of fishing line up into this hole and they put some putty around it and then they take my tooth and they glue it onto that thing. well guess what that thing does it breaks! easily now instead of them taking responsibility for this and saying oh wow really didn't need to do a root were being Janky and just wanted to bill your state insurance for the most amount that we possibly could for your visit today even though it's supposed to be free we don't do anything for It's almost even when you're on warranty so we're gonna fix her too cause we owe you that much as a human being and a man we owe you the dignity and respect of not having to go without a front tooth! But not at Somos dental oh hell no Somos dental they don't do anything like that so I go back there it breaks off right and so I take it back over there. Your thing broke again. Would you mind fixing my tooth again and mind you this 7th Ave. and Camelback Road I live in Mesa now OK so I go out was prior to yesterday so a few months ago I go out there right back around somewhere around end 202 I go in there and I say hey you guys need to fix my tooth and I said oh sorry we're not gonna do it. We're not doing we're not doing it get out of our office. You have to have a implant done and it's $5000 and if you don't have it, we're not going to do the so I went to a different and for they spent 2 1/2 hours of their time building something that would work temporary right well none of this being fault whatsoever so yesterday I go back to Somos dental I set the appointment. I get down there and some measly mouth little Dentist comes in the know anything about who I am what my history a patient has been know anything comes in. It says I'm gonna put some glue on that tooth and I'm just gonna glue it to whatever you've got there. I'm not gonna take the and build a new post and put composite material around I'm not gonna do any of those things for you even though you're gonna pay me $150 cash right now and the lady comes and takes the money out of my hand and takes and puts it in the thing and he says it's gonna break within a half an hour of me putting it on there.
