Louis did an amazing job and I would recommend him to other friends. I am very picky with my car and dont trust anyone to compound and polish my paint. I was blown away by the work. He spent a total of 4 hours amd made my black paint come back to life. Wash, wax, clay, compound, polish! The paint looks WET...it hasn't looked this good since I first bought the car 10 years ago. I had a case of insomnia so I was perusing offerup looking for something I don't need, and stumbled upon a car wash service with really cheap prices. I was a little worried at first as this was offer up... but after a brief messaging session I could see he was educated, polite and professional. He told me he had some cars to do the next morning in Miami, but lived close to me and would call me when he was near. Well, he touched base with me and told me the time he would arrive, and he was on time. He had everything he needed in his car and told me he would let me know when he was done. My car was already quite clean, but I wanted it to get some love as my "new" used car. He definitely did just that! There were spots I thought were permanent as it was a used car, but he got every single one of them up. He was here and working for TWO HOURS!!!!! He thoroughly detailed the car inside and out, and waxed it for an absolutely AMAZING price. When he was done we thoroughly looked at the car and I found nothing wrong with it. I am used to getting a rag and getting all those nooks and crannies that they missed, but he missed absolutely nothing. We engaged in a little conversation, and I found him to be such a nice and professional guy. I am very happy to have found him, and look forward to using him again. Don't hesitate. Luis was great and his customer service was phenomenal. He stayed in contact with you and if there was something that was holding him up, he would contact you to let you know where he was. My car looks fantastic and he gave me such a good price. I have leather seats and Luis did an amazing job at cleaning them and conditioning them. I am definitely using him again. I called Luis with a last-minute request, based upon fantastic reviews on Yelp. I am so glad I called him and I cannot describe how thrilled I am to have met Luis. His work ethic and the pride he takes in doing a "perfect" job is over the top! He squeezed me in to the end of his day and stayed for several hours cleaning, waxing and polishing my daughter's "first car"...a one year old ex-rental that she just purchased. There were tiny marks and spots here and there on the interior that she said she "just couldn't get out", but when we sat in the car, it was nearly perfect and "next to new". Luis found stains we didn't realize were there. After a pristine interior was achieved, Luis turned his attention to the exterior with a waterless wash and a hand wax. His "green" products thrill me to no end...he does not wash many gallons of water down the sewer to make your car look like new.
