If I could give 0 stars I would, a small chip in my windshield became a CRACK ALL THE WAY DOWN MY WINDSHIELD. Of course they have NO responsability because SOMEWHERE it says they are not responsible, I however did NOT sign anything that doesn't hold them responsible. I have been through several other car washes without my window 'cracking'. They also will not refund for the carwash, BUYER BEWARE, look elsewhere for a clean car. read more

Such a nice car wash. The guys working were super helpful. They have damp microfiber clothes to use for free!!! So genius and helpful. It's to bad that they keep having people say things about there spot when they re actually referring to the other car wash. That is so bad for their marketing. We will never go to Quick Quack again. First visit, tore all the trim on the top of our 4runner off. We have never had this happen at any other car wash. When we went back to find the missing parts off the 4Runner the attendant told us that the dryers were crazy strong and always pulling stuff off cars. But apparently you need a new car to be covered. Maybe they should lower the force of their dryers and then there wouldn't be pissed off people with car damage. Poor company. read more

I took my brand-new truck through the quick quack on Main Street in Logan and my truck felt like it stalled on their rollers, and I got a bump from behind from the next truck coming through. He came out of his truck and told me that he totally felt it and that somehow my truck stalled for a moment. This other person gave me his number and his willing to be a witness to it. The guy at quick quack took all of my information and today I got an e-mail that said that they didn't see evidence that their equipment malfunctioned. It's very simple, especially with video and with witness statement. Other car wash companies seem to stand behind their promises but not quick quack. read more

Quite expensive. Had our car washed and they say they will warrantee anything that is OE. Found out it's only on vehicles that are less than 5 years old. Don't go there unless you have too much money and can afford brand new vehicles. read more

I have a membership at quick quack and have been for years. I go to the one in providence almost every week. They never have a problem with the rack on my car and are able to adjust the height of the brushes in the car wash to accommodate the rack. The rack is screwed on, It's not a cheap tacky one. These guys took one look and refused to let me wash my car even after I told them I go through it all the time with no problem. The older lady that was there was very unhelpful and instantly said no, and just stared at me waiting for me to leave. The kid was nicer, and I usually never leave reviews, but they managed to make me feel unwelcome at a car wash of all places. Guess that's what a membership gets you at quick quack In north Logan. I'll stick to the one in providence, they seem to know what they're doing. read more

Worst experience I've ever had from a car wash! This company deserves to be sued. They broke my windshield and refuse to fix it. The customer service was awful and the corporate number can't even contact the actual location that the incident happened! On top of all that they refuse to give $12 refund. They deserve to go out of business to be completely honest. read more

After driving cross country our car needed a well needed wash. We got the ceramic duck package and the car is all clean.

I've been trying to cancel my membership for 5 weeks now. They always tell me an email will show up in 72 hours but it never comes.

Damage to my vehicle followed by terrible customer service. I have been an Unlimited Member at Quick Quack for over a year and my vehicle was damaged today including a scratch and a cracked windshield. I was not only told that the damage was caused by a small pit in the windshield but when I attempted to seek a resolution with the manager, I was handed a piece of paper that points to the failures of windshields and a customer service number. I have a 2020 Rav 4 that I maintain meticulously. I contacted customer service and then was contacted by the Store Manager,, only to be treated more rudely than at the time of the incident. Avoid this company, find someone local for your service. This is the very definition of a corporate monster, happy to take your money, very unlikely to give it back when they damage your car. Update: One day later and see the response below. Instead of doing the right thing and taking responsibility for the damage to our vehicle, we are provided with a canned response that is word for word the same as the piece of paper we were handed at the time of the incident. The explanation here not only insults our intelligence by blaming the damage on the laws of thermodynamics (it was 63 degrees yesterday, which does not support the provided reasoning), but also and perhaps more so by not even providing a human response. This company surely has an insurance policy, and yet when it comes down to damage to your car and the even the most minimal level of customer service, they will not be counted upon to act with decency when your vehicle is damaged. It's a shame but not unexpected these days. Take your business elsewhere, the Gorilla carwash is just down the street, and there are several touchless options in town. read more

If I could give 0 stars, then I would! I would not recommend this car wash to anyone and will not be going back. We cancelled our membership there. We had a piece of our car that was broken off by the car wash and they would do nothing to make it right. The "store leader", Mike Eby, was very unprofessional, rude, accusatory and not interested in providing good customer service.
