The guy who first helped us was acting kinda...weird and unhelpful, but we sorted it out. And for a $6 basic ("deluxe") carwash, I don't really care. We have been on the road for about 2 weeks now, starting in Washington, DC, so our van was grody. For $6 and only 4 minutes of our time we left with a pretty clean vehicle. Two people are standing at the opening of the wash with hoses to prewash the hood, roof, and back of your car. Then you go through the automated wash with big rollers and sprayers and such. The basic wash didn't get every single speck of dirt, but like I said, our van had a very real layer of dirt and dust on it. It only missed a spot or two on the windows. So I'm happy! read more

This car wash is lame. Purchased the most expensive wash and noticed when I got home that there was still a film of dirt on my cars hood. Wasn't stuck on dirt either as I could easily wipe it off with my fingers. Also the pre spray that the employees spray on is a joke. When I went through the employee only sprayed about half of my windshield and back window. Don't go here. There are better car washes in town. read more

I have loved Green Gorilla over the years: good wash, dashboard wipe and vacuum with one low price and no hassle. Now you have to BEG to get a wipe! When you ask they act like you are asking for their first born. They use to automatically hand them out. Yesterday was the last straw. Their employee kept yelling for me to take my foot off the brake after I had asked for a wipe twice. I responded that I would when I got my wipe. I was at the point of entrance where taking my foot off the brake would have resulted in a face full of soap. I am so happy Quick Quack is building on the north end of town. Truly, raise your rates, but don't be so stringy with a dang 10 cent wipe! read more

Whenever I go I am met with a wave and a smile. I've tried a few of the different car washes and I think the Green Gorilla has the best dryer and most vacuums that always suck like, HARD. They have always had rags to wipe down anything the dryer missed or for any detailing I want to add. Always kind and very helpful staff on hand. I do not like how close they push the cars through the wash. It makes me very nervous. So, last week when I went, I waited a bit for the car in front of me to give some space between our cars. The attendant there was extremely rude to me. He kept waving me through and when I didn't come as fast as he wanted me to he walked up to my vehicle and said, ma'am, you can't leave this much space. There are way too many cars in line. I told him I wasn't comfortable being that close to another car. He said, well, if you don't like it, you can go to another car wash. This is how we run this carwash. See all those customers waiting?? I said, I'm a customer too. He said, ma'am, if you don't like it go somewhere else. My jaw dropped to the ground. I couldn't believe he had the gall to treat a customer that way. It's not like I was waiting minutes...I was only giving maybe a 20 second gap. I will request a refund of my unlimited membership and not go there again. I hope they honor my request!! It wasn't very smart of him to do that.....He must not be aware of the many other carwashes being built in the valley currently. Horrible customer service.....I'd not give them any stars if it were an option. Take your business elsewhere because at green gorilla, they don't care about YOU. This has probably got to be one of the worst car washes i've ever been to. Coming out of the last little bit of the car wash, the water doesn't rinse off all the soap so you're left with soapy water marks. Their hoses don't work great at all either which is very disappointing. I'd be much happier if they provided towels by the hoses to get ALL the water marks off the outside and it would be nice to be able to wipe down the inside of the car. Overall i'm not very happy with their outcome. read more

I went through this wash the first day it opened, hoping is was much better than auto spa in Logan, it was not. Even with new equipment the car had fine scratches all over the side from the flogging of the brushes. It will clean your car really well, but at a cost if your into the details of car care. The bonus of the place is the free vacuums. Seek out a non touch means of washing your car. read more

This is my go to car wash in Logan and its definitely because of the staff! Cleaning my car is self care for me and they make it such a pleasant experience. My car looks gorgeous after the wash and I love using the vacuums and air pressure machine to get the interior looking good. read more

I've been coming to this place since the day they opened up in town. I have not had one bad experience at all. As soon as you pull up to Green Gorilla, the staff is there to help you with payment and answer any kind of question you have.  After getting my car washed, I use the vacuum they provide to clean the inside of my car, it amazes me how good these vacuums are. I've gone though hundreds of automated car washes but this one is the absolute worst. Besides extracted $12 from me, the wash only swirled the dirt around on my black Mazda 3. Great car wash, I purchased the 12$ wash and the attendants were really nice. Since my car is all black (wheels included), I usually prefer manual car washes because you can get in spots automated car washes usually don't, but this time of year is hard because it's so cold. This wash honestly left my car spotless as if I were to wash it manually. The only thing I would suggest is to have the car wash attendants push in side view mirrors so they don't get beat around in the wash, luckily mine flip forwards and backwards. Other than that I love the free lemon scented dash wipes and how they offer more than one! Something really unique I noticed is how they provide high pressure air guns to get every crease dry, I have never seen that at any other car wash in Logan. The vacuum's are much appreciated as always! I will agree that it's a pain to get in and out but it's not like they can just pick up the building and move, just try not to go during rush hour or go north on main instead of south so you don't have to turn left to get in. I wash my car frequently and was in Logan on business. I didn't know anything about Green Gorilla but decided to give them a shot. Totally impressed with the results! The friendly uniformed attendants greeted me and gave the car a pre-spray before I entered the automatic wash. The car came out looking great (there had been a lot of bugs and bird droppings going in), the vacuum was strong, and I observed the attendants doing maintenance and cleaning up when they weren't with customers. I also appreciated the complimentary towelette to wipe down the interior. It's great to see old-fashioned customer service! I'll be back! read more

This car wash has degraded its service. The hood brush is no longer being used. Your hood is no longer being washed. When I pointed this out I was told I was full of crap and I could go to a different wash. Also, the tread depth meter is no longer working. This is BAD business. read more

The company is awful. Their machinery broke when I took my car to get washed 2 weeks ago, causing scratches and dent on both the front and rear bumpers. The manager, Phil, promised I would get my car fixed by Miller Auto Body, but now I am getting the run around from both. I do not recommend Green Gorilla at all. Take you car somewhere else when it is dirty, otherwise, you're liable to get damages with little recourse. read more

Well, I went to vacuum my car and got bitched out by an old man who worked there about how I didn't buy a car wash and couldn't use their vacuums. Change your sign then douche.
