We have been on the road for about 2 weeks now, starting in Washington, DC, so our van was grody. For $6 and only 4 minutes of our time we left with a pretty clean vehicle. Two people are standing at the opening of the wash with hoses to prewash the hood, roof, and back of your car. Then you go through the automated wash with big rollers and sprayers and such. The basic wash didn't get every single speck of dirt, but like I said, our van had a very real layer of dirt and dust on it. It only missed a spot or two on the windows. So I'm happy!

The team tried many things, but did not give up. They finally found a product that would remove the road paint without damaging the paint. I am very pleased with the results. While I was there I watched the care they gave every customer. I am impressed with their attention to detail.

They also did not ever honor their promotion in the beginning of the monthly service. Do not trust what they tell you Below is a screen shot of them saying that if I provide contact information they would reach out to me and they are sorry that this happened. I gave them my contact information and they called me back to repeat the same information saying they can not refund my money because I used it 2 times over the 4 months that I was trying to cancel my membership with them. The person at the car wash told me they would refund my money and to go through the wash because I was already in line and they made the mistake. What a horrible horrible scamming company. By the way, when I asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold and then hung up on me.
