Like the disappearing running boards would go up & down while driving down the highway or my side mirrors were loose and come to find out were never replaced. And wires hanging from underneath that were never secured to the frame.. on and on!! Any questions you have, go in person! Don't call because no one gives a straight answer. I tried the hot wax setting after the soap and it definitely was qaxy and I could see the water beading up well when I rinsed. I used to hardly go to self-service car washes because I felt they were all a rip-off but not this place. A good long wash is less than half the price of the next closes self-serve wash. I ran across the owner of the place today, Parker, and he was genuinely interested in how I liked the car wash and was interested in my opinion. Seems like a stand-up kind of guy that I am happy to support. Overall I have to say this is the best self-service wash I have ever been to.

We have been on the road for about 2 weeks now, starting in Washington, DC, so our van was grody. For $6 and only 4 minutes of our time we left with a pretty clean vehicle. Two people are standing at the opening of the wash with hoses to prewash the hood, roof, and back of your car. Then you go through the automated wash with big rollers and sprayers and such. The basic wash didn't get every single speck of dirt, but like I said, our van had a very real layer of dirt and dust on it. It only missed a spot or two on the windows. So I'm happy!
