Ricky and his team had a challenge, I had lots of yellow road striping paint on my truck and trailer. UDOT agreed to pay to have it removed, since their contractor made a mistake. The team tried many things, but did not give up. They finally found a product that would remove the road paint without damaging the paint. I am very pleased with the results. While I was there I watched the care they gave every customer. I am impressed with their attention to detail. read more

This place has gone from 3 to barely even 1-star in the span of a couple of years. Their help is too lazy to hand dry your vehicle even if you tip them $5. All they do is use air to blow the water off. They don't seem to understand you cannot get your vehicle clean from all the road grime using merely soap and water ... it also takes a little elbow grease!! The manager is an extremely nice young kid. I truly think he is handcuffed by the lack of work ethic in his pool of potential employees. However, if you like to pay $3-5 more for basically the same outcome you can get at Gorilla, then this place is for you. Realize, though, if you want your vehicle clean, your going to have to dry it by hand yourself at either place. read more

The best car wash in the valley. They spray the car down well before. They dry it off after. Their vacuums are powerful. We will drive past multiple other car washes to get our cars washed here. read more

Previous owners didn't take care of the place or customers. New owners and general manager of the 1400 North location are awesome! We had our car detailed and shampooed and it looked brand new, we couldn't believe it! The manager came out with us and double checked everything. Used to go to the green gorilla car wash with my girlfriend and wasn't impressed with the service it equipment. Decided to take a chance and come here instead and it was much better. I paid $2 less and got way better service from the employees and the automatic car wash actually cleaned my car compared to green gorilla. I was impressed that they even hand dried my mirrors and windows. read more

Avoid them at all cost they'll damage your vehicle and won't feel any cent of remorse for it. They've scratched my car and hoped I would never notice it and recently they were guiding me into the wash and I noticed my car was caught on the conveyor belt guard and the technician said I was good waved me on to hurry up when I pulled forward I heard a bang. When I exit the wash they told me I had a flat tire. I know for a fact the tire was completely fine when I drove in. Later to find out they broke my valve stem and aren't willing to reimburse me for the repairs. They're shady and don't care about your car read more

Long story short, I told you guys a week in advance on the phone that I needed the car and everywhere there was blue lapis paint to be BUFFED & WAXED. Telling me when I rush in my free time to get the car to you that "We didn't know it would be this much work" "You'll have to come back, we didn't know we'd have to buff and wax it" and sh*t is NOT OKAY. Then you guys claim the next available time to come in is 9am the following monday? Not everyone is a morning person! I have classes after 11 for a reason! The fact that nobody touched the car until 9:30 is also a load of bull. You tell me 9, you get to freaking work at 9, I'm not paying you to sit around and chat. Then this guy who worked on my car seemed to have either A) half assed it or B) just got lazy and didn't want to work on it anymore. I know its a crap ton of work, exactly why I didn't want to do it. There were still some dead bugs on the front by the grill, hard water spots in obvious places (inside the doors, by the license plate, ON THE FRONT GRILL) when you claimed you were done, wow thanks for really trying. For 140$ish I expect much better. I will buy my own sh*t next time and work on my car myself. I guess you just have to do things yourself if you want them done right. And also, how the hell do you miss all these spots on my car? Fresh clumps of wax on my back wheels and in the wheel wells. You didn't even wipe down the edges of the doors with a car towel. Nope, you just left white buffing marks all over. That looks like sh*t btw. Thanks. The fact that I had to pay 50$ for a touch up kit for my paint and that I have to go buy all this stuff to go over my car and redo it myself is ridiculous. If I could get all my money back from this nightmare you guys claimed was a exterior detail that would be freaking great. Otherwise, I'm not going to come back to you guys for anything special. Maybe a car wash here and there if I need it because you guys are what I pass everyday I drive, but nothing more than that. And if you could teach people how to really wipe down a car after it goes through the wash so water spots don't form, that'd probably help your company out too. I went here today and have LOVED the results! I took my car in to get the carpets cleaned. Not only did they wash the carpets, but cleaned my dashboard, and washed my car as well! Wow!!! The staff was friendly (maybe a little quiet and reserved, but very kind, polite and professional), the inside of the store was well kept, and their pricing is fair. I will definitely be returning in the future!! read more

I love this car wash! The soap smells amazing, they dry my windows, the vacuum nozzles are smaller so they fit into the crevices of my van better and the free soda fountain. My one complaint is that the soda fountain has no diet (sugar free) soda- it used to, but now there are just 8 other flavors. read more

These guys did great!! I came in with a super dirty truck!! The greeter spent extra time going over my wheel wells even though there was a line of cars behind me!! They also dried my windows and mirrors after the wash!! I asked them about a hand dry and the told me that cost extra for that service which I understood. But then they offered if I wanted to use there rags to do it myself for free!! To me saving a couple bucks to do it myself for free is a life saver these guys were great!!! read more

Wasn't a fan. Gave them a few tries. The system of having multiple clean your car always leaves something not done.

The wash today was fine, $16 was extremely expensive so I chose to go in late because of the happy hour sign. Apparently if you don't tell them it's happy hour, they don't know to give you the discount. I'm appalled I have to know their specials better than they do. Also, they tried to give me a refund of $8 through gritted teeth, and the guy in charge had better things to concentrate on while he coldly tried to smooth over the situation without looking up from what he was doing until I told him I was sorry I didn't know the secret code to get the special and would be on my way. The wash I paid for last week at $16 could've been done at home with my garden hose and 10 year old daughter in less than 5 minutes. I will not be subsidizing this business again. I'm happy to pay, and pay well at $16 for a car wash, but to go through this again and pay premium is out of the question. Also the guy drying has poor people skills. I asked if he could vacuum and do the inside as well and he must've thought I was asking it done for free because I felt nearly accused of thievery. What the hell is wrong with people's communication skills today? No one comes with a brain as standard equipment anymore! read more
