I finally caught him on the phone using a random number and he was again embarrassed. He completed the job with lots of copy and paste errors. Put the wrong property address on drawings. Just a mess. He then charged me hours to correct his mistakes. He never answers his phone and hides behind emails. Super unprofessional.
