Communication was positive initially. As we moved closer to the project details, communication broke down. I looked to replace a 200 amp electrical panel. The estimate was really good. I shopped around and they beat all other competitor prices. I went forward with a date for install but texts and voicemails from Jonathan / William Turner were not answered. Jonathan eventually got back to me and we agreed on a date and time (today), but they never came. It seems they are a growing electrical company and are looking to compete for bigger projects and of course, more lucrative business opportunities. My guess is that they found a money-making opportunity and turned me down in the process. So, if you press forward with them keep in mind that a set appointment and perhaps pricing are fluid arrangements and contingent upon what may best benefit them at the cost of honoring set appointments with other customers. Note: No calls were made requesting to cancel the appointment. I don't blame them for such business practices, after all, I understand that they have to pay their bills/workers and also stay relevant in this industry. Consumers, consider their business philosophy and know that it is not centered on all customers, but customers that will provide a greater return on service.
