After attempting to replace an outlet myself, I needed to call a professional. CAF Electrics was quick to respond and accommodated my work schedule. They knew exactly what the issue was and got the outlet working again. And the price was the lowest of other quotes I received so I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I had some wiring issues in this horribly old house and CAF Electrics seemed like a pretty reliable choice. Because of who I am as a person, I gave him a pretty tense runaround regarding scheduling, but we managed to work out a time. He came and was able to fix the problem then and there, very quickly and professionally. He was also able to answer some of my other electrical questions, which really helped. I have no reason not to hire him again next time or pass his company name on to a friend in the area. read more

Out of 20ish electricians contacted to install my Tesla charger, CAF was the most reasonably priced and the installer did an excellent job. I could tell they had installed many chargers and made quick work out of my charger. The job was clean and fast. They even helped me to get the rebate with my power company. read more

I've used CAF twice. Each time it was easy and was very satisfied with the service. Got a quote over yelp set a time the next day and the work was done in about an hour. Joe is super responsive and communicates well. He works with one other electrician each time I used CAF so the work gets finished in a timely manor. His pricing is fair and lives by his quotes. Highly recommended will be using CAF again in the future. read more

Needed someone to do the easiest imaginable job--just checking an EV charger to make sure it works--and got all sorts of outrageously high bids for what was only going to be about 30 seconds of work. Gevorg agreed to swing by while he was in the area, and didn't charge hundreds of dollars for the privilege. I had a very small job that needed to be done (replacing a dimmer switch). I submitted a quote request here on Yelp, and got 5 replies. Not only was CAF 1/3 less on the price, but they were the only ones who could come out quickly ( original correspondence was yesterday afternoon, they came this morning...plus the owner even messaged with me at 11p last night!). I couldn't be more pleased. The 2 employees were early, friendly, professional, and completed the easy job in minutes. The switch they replaced was the only "oddball" one in the house, and the new one now matches all the rest! They sorted everything out, and even fixed some issues that were unknown for free. I am 100% planning on using CAF again for a rewire and additional recessed lighting in my house. They did an absolutely top notch job switching out a NEMA 14-50 I have for a grizzl-e charger. Pulled all the necessary permits, did awesome work, and the price was super fair given the work that needed to be done. We were lucky enough to find Joe from CAF electrics to help install lights and ring cameras in our home. We had two complicated light fixtures that had to be hung from a two story living room and foyer. He was able to complete the project beautifully and efficiently. One of my Nest cameras went out yesterday. Bought a new one only to find out that the nest people won't come out to install it due to high voltage reasons. Decided to reach out to a couple electrician places on yelp. Joe got to me quickly and told me he would be able to come and give me a free estimate for installing and hard wiring in the new camera. Joe came on time was very knowledgeable about the product told me he had a job to do and that he would be able to come back the same day with all the needed parts to install. Gave me a fair price came back exactly when he said. Install was done perfect and my wife was very happy with the work because my motto is happy wife means happy life. Today we arrived at 9:50am on a weekday and there were more than 8 spots open for charging. This location is also walking distance to eateries and shops. You can grab a bite to eat or get coffee while charging your vehicle. Charging seems to be faster as well than the Northridge location.

There's plenty of parking both with covered structures as well as open lot. A good amount of restaurants surrounding as well as a movie theatre. It's your one stop shop.

Since they wouldn't let me preorder, I went in to place my order and made sure it was $1 day. He said yes and then a few seconds later, we'll only of your a prime member. The guy on the phone the day before never told me that. They wouldn't do it. So I wasted my time and left angry because I am not a prime member. That's why I called the day before to make sure. I was so disappointed with this location. The Whole Foods on Ventura used to let me preorder my oysters and they always had them prepared over ice for me when i arrived. So that I wasn't standing around for an hour waiting for them to be shucked. To me it's just common sense to do a preorder for a large order and easier for everyone all around. Very disappointed. It's quite big which I was surprised to see walking in today. They have both an indoor patio as well an outdoor patio. The mall isn't what it used to be. The bigger chain stores have gone or either went out of business. Macys is still there which I'm quite surprised. Regardless, people are still going to be buying whether it be a new store or an old one.

Unfortunately, the experience wasn't great. When I arrived, one charger was available, but every time I connected to it, the session would stop after about a minute. I tried reconnecting at least five or six times with the same result. During that time, other chargers became available and were quickly taken by other cars while I was still trying to get the first one to work. It would have been much more helpful if the charger had simply been marked out of service. Once I finally connected to a working charger, I arrived with only 19% battery but saw charging speeds of around 88 kW, even though the charger was advertised as 150 kW. I understand that charging speeds can vary depending on the vehicle and battery conditions, but the difference was significant enough to stand out. The price was also quite high at around $0.72 per kWh. For comparison, I used another Electrify America station in Valencia shortly afterward, paid less, and got much faster charging speeds. The location itself is convenient, but based on my experience, some of the equipment may need maintenance or calibration to perform more consistently.

Nobody trying to cut the line or get others to end their charging session short like I notice at other locations. If I lived in the area I would enjoy coming to this charging station!
