Very helpful and informative. I tried the Aiea location after my negative experience at the Ewa Beach location. I only waited maybe 5 minutes. Dr. Craig was very helpful and gave me good information. He took the time to explain to me how to maximize my current benefits and spread my visits out over a span of the next five months. He asked many questions in order to understand my current health. Honestly, at first I was skeptica. They seemed like they could be a "Big Brand" type of chiropractic facility but working with Dr. Christy I actually feel like she's very attentive. Turning Point Chiropractic, located in Aiea across from Aiea Bowl, same parking lot as Trina's, Hughleys and the old library, is where you'll find me, once (now twice) a week. Back story -- I got hit by a car. Not like, vehicle to vehicle. Not like motorcycle to vehicle. Im talking, walking across the street in a marked crosswalk (with the walk signal indicating its my turn) when a 2016 Ford Fiesta comes out of no where and it becomes a fight for survival in Mortal Kombat on Nuuanu. I see Dr. Lily (I have seen Dr. Craig). Both are great. They both have different ways of adjusting. There is a therapy room that has a vibrating massage bed and a water massage bed. I opt for the vibrating non-water bed since I am prone to sea sickness and dont want to feel miserable after the appointment. After therapy, I am moved to another room for regular adjustment. I am finding that I am feeling way more mobile recently. Pain still there, but thats expected. My joints are doing much better though. Cost -- well, for me, since I was mowed over with a 3000 pound vehicle, its covered. However, regularly, I want to say its around $50"ish" for an adjustment. If your insurance plan helps to cover, then you just pay a co-pay. For instance, for me, it would be $15 a visit. The front desk staff is awesome. Super friendly and very professional. I always see the same girl there. I want to say her name is Evelyn (sorry if im wrong, ill ask next time!). Ive noticed the front desk staff has been changing, but she hasnt gone anywhere. Her service is stellar and you can tell she loves doing what shes doing. Absolutely would recommend for anyone needing a little extra TLC. read more

My co-worker recommended me to this business, she said service is always good. And I happen to see their ad in FB as well. I chatted with Kara and the process was smooth, so I decided to make an appointment over the phone on 4/24. They took all my daughter's information, I paid 20.00 over the phone to keep her schedule time in place (4/29,Aiea). The day came, we were there early only to find out she needs a referral from our PCP. They recommend to get the service and pay $90 until we get the referral. I understand that part but my point is they got all the information beforehand as a good business practice they should have checked and let us know what needs to be done before the appointment day comes. But it seems to me they will rather wait and inconvinient potential clients instead of going extra step/miles to gain them. read more
