He explained the work thoroughly before it was done and even used a drone to record footage of my new roof after he finished to show me everything he did. Tal was extremely patient with me and was great at explaining away all my concerns. Tal was available throughout the entire process and gave extreme care to my safety since I stayed home during the roof work. After the work was done, he used a magnetic roller to go all throughout my yard to collect all the nails and other metallic objects that fell during the work to ensure that nobody gets hurt as a result of the roof work.
