The tree put two holes in the roof that were leaking into the house. I called my insurance company and then called Big Timber (our first time needing a tree service), they were already on a job but committed to come out to to take a look at the mess. At 10pm they were here checking out the tree and the damage. Because the tree was so big and was on the second level roof a crane would be needed to keep from further damaging our house. By 9am this morning the crane and the team were here and working on the job. An hour and a half later they were finished. The tree was gone. My yard was cleaned up of every twig as if nothing happened. My roof was covered in a tarp which was fortunate because it's raining again as I type this review. There's not much more I can say, Denny and his crew did great and fast work exactly when I needed it. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

It arrived in time, three large bags, but it was flawed from the beginning, thoroughly soaked and dirty and, worse I couldn't get it to burn in my wood stove. I assumed it was dug up in haste from a bog and unfortunately made its way to my doorstep. I shared this situation with Phil via text; he said he would check it out personally, but he was swamped with orders pending the arriving storm.
