The site did not provide an option to upload an Excel spreadsheet for legal-size paper, which meant I couldn't preview how the two-page document would print. Because of this, I emailed the file directly to the store with all the details needed for the order. When I arrived at the store, I explained the website issue and asked Sharon if she could print the document so I could confirm the final layout. The initial print showed the font was slightly too small, and increasing it from size 11 to 12 would have produced a perfect result. Sharon informed me that she could not (would not) adjust the font on her end and that I would need to do this for her and resend the request. This would have required driving back home, changing the font on the file, then navigating school traffic again, and hoping for a parking spot in an already limited lot. It was clear from her demeanor that I was an inconvenience, and that my business was not worth the 60 seconds of her time it would have taken to make the adjustment. One minute of Sharon's assistance would have been the difference between a satisfied customer and a frustrated one. I know FedEx has the capability to adjust font size on a CSV/Excel spreadsheet file. It's straightforward and has been done for me at this same location before. I've spent my entire career in customer service, so I understand what good service looks like. Unfortunately, this was not even close.
