I think the owners were there on my very first visit. I purchased the Ganni T-shirt collar, which is super cute. I like it! I came back a few days later because I was checking out the website and saw a cami I liked. I went in and tried on the cami. I wasn't completely sure about it because of the sheer material. The lady told me that it wasn't that see through, so I decide to purchase it. I told my husband that I would try it at home, and see if I felt comfortable wearing it. Unfortunately, the cami is quite see through when out in the sun light. I don't feel comfortable having my nipples showing through, so I decided to return the cami. I do understand that they don't offer refunds and only do exchanges or store credit. I was okay with that. I want to see another top to purchase, which is more expensive. I travel all the way from Surrey and sadly was told that sale items are final sale from the same lady that was there before. That is fine. You make the policy and that is your choice. You win $50 and I lose, but I won't be back and that is my choice. Plus the lady never gave me my receipt when I purchased the camisole. Future customer please make sure you get a receipt.

Most of the merchandise is made Shelley Klassen, the proprietor of Blushing Boutique. Her garments are designed and made in Vancouver, with material being locally sourced. While there's definitely a bit of a retro feel to most of her designs, almost a la Betty Boop, she doesn't strive to alienate her clientele by making them so that they only look good on those with model-esque proportions. Everything here is meant to add a bit of glamour and fun to the everyday woman's everyday wardrobe. Klassen's designs comprise most of the store's merchandise but they also carry Nine West shoes and bags by Canadian company Be Bold. The prices were very fair for the quality, every dress I tried on was under $200. When I was there I was the only person in the store, so I felt very comfortable when I was trying on dresses in front of the manager and my boyfriend. She was so sweet, very helpful and gave me heels to wear when I was looking in the mirror. She helped me chose my dress and was perfectly on the line between giving me time and space to decide, but also telling me how gorgeous the dresses looked. I felt no pressure to purchase, but when you try the right dress on, you know! She also had shoes in store that we very modestly priced, a cute pair of loafers only $40. Other, short dresses were more copious around the store, as well as jewelry and tops. I didn't have time to explore all the racks, but any upcoming occasion I have I will no doubt be returning here first. Cheapest prices, cutest, trendiest clothes and the sweetest girl running it all. Definitely recommend you giving this place a try. The only downside to this place is that it's not a chain, so if it's not on the racks it's not available, but I actually really like that. It adds to the uniqueness of the dress, especially for events such as graduation.

With a smile on my face, the two of them just stared blankly, eyebrows raised in an annoyed fashion and I just went ahead with my request.
