I had a frustrating experience with this company. When I brought up my concerns, the owner, Mr. Leite, was dismissive and tried to make excuses instead of taking responsibility. At one point he even tried to convince me that my kitchen cabinets were two different colors when they were clearly one which felt manipulative. On top of that, there were hidden fees, including a labor tax and a 3% card fee, that were never mentioned until the final bill. I appreciate good work and honesty, but unfortunately, I didn't get either when it came to the flooring. I would not recommend this company for flooring projects.

We were under a budget so was hoping for a good price on replacing our carpet in the living room, dining room and hallway with luxury vinyl plank. Their quote was very reasonable and included replacement of the carpet with LVP in the two bedrooms in addition to the three areas I noted. We were also looking to replace our 2.5 inch baseboards so they were able to throw in new baseboards into their quote as well. The company is very flexible in scheduling the work - all they needed was two days notice. They were able to replace our floors in two days for a 1,000 sq ft condo. They also have a nice selection of LVP with options at various price points. Our floors had original hardwood and there were a couple of sunken areas in the subfloor which they were able to level out with concrete (fixing with plywood would have been more costly). The crew who came and worked in our home were nice and respectful and I was amazed at how efficient they were barely taking any breaks. Joao provided the quote visit and his two brothers came in and did the work. All of them were very communicative making sure I'd check certain areas to be sure I was ok with the work and answering any questions I had. In the end I am impressed with the floors and wish we replaced our carpet sooner. Dash floors with very communicative and will work with you within your budget.

After several unsuccessful attempts to find someone knowledgeable and reliable to complete our home, we were lucky to find Alex and his team. Alex was very responsive to texts, email, or calls with any questions or concerns. He came by every day to check in as the scope of work was extensive. His team demo'ed a wall and replaced the handrails, stair treads, risers, and balusters on our both of our staircases. After 12 full days of work, we finally achieved the look and finish we wanted! This job was replacing a failed sump pump. From the outset of contact them I felt they show genuine interest in meeting my needs. Julie Smith was wonderful in taking my initial call by listening to my problem and quickly identifying the best way to get me taken care of quickly. She put me in touch with their project manager, Maurice, who I've worked with before and he was at my house within 2 hours to assess the situation. He identified an action plan a set up a team to come out the next morning to install a new high grade sump pump with battery backup pump. Marcus and his team arrived the next morning as scheduled and completed the job in timely fashion ensuring I was satisfied. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Total job was $1,800 to install high end professional grade PitBoss sump pump (not available via retail). I had them do slate tile in a basement closet not even three years ago and they didn't seal it and…read moreso now the tiles are leaching and developing salt deposits all over the surface of it which shows horribly obviously against the dark slate color and they won't fix it. They were horrible an incompetent the whole way through. They made me feel like a bad person for wanting things like the floor leveled first because it wasn't ready for tile and even I knew that. Initially, they brought over this really mismatched rainbow slate I wasn't expecting that was crumbling apart and most of the tiles were broken...had to wait for normal color slate for weeks longer...what a pain and so rude. (UPDATE on my ORIGINAL REVIEW) The owner called me to discuss the EXTREMELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE we had, and the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by his employees. I appreciated his personal outreach, and was gracious enough to give them another chance. During the "2nd Chance Visit", his carpet estimator was incredibly rude to my female tenant, made it seem like he was doing her a favor to show-up, and verbally CURSED AT MY FEMALE TENANT. She became afraid and asked the carpet estimator to leave because she felt unsafe. I respect & appreciate the OWNER for trying to make things right, but if this is the caliber of employee that his company hires, I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM.
