When the pizza arrived I was severely disappointed. the pizza was lacking cheese and what cheese they had was close to burnt. We expressed the pizza wasn't good the cashier said it was fIne. We asked if she would eat the pizza she said no. Went on to say "because it's Watkins Glenn" and she didn't like it when the manager showed up. We were told they were under new management. Your manager is running this place in the ground. The quality of pizza was terrible. The pizza was made incorrectly and she was unwilling to make it right until the next day. I explained to her this was for someone with dietary restrictions and they added an ingredient they cannot eat. She answered the phone saying pick up's only. So she had the time to make it right and have good customer service. Her inability to problem solve is why she's "manager" at a local pizza joint on a Sunday. What has happened to Turn 4? Used to be our go to, well not any more! We ordered 2 large pizzas thin and crispy crust and it was not crispy. Barely any toppings, which is one of the reasons we loved Turn 4, because they used to load it. And we ordered the chicken nuggets and they were barely fried, and I even asked for extra crispy!! Spent $72 with a 20% tip and it was soooo disappointing!!! Won't be ordering anymore! That was the last! Way too expensive to be crap! And on top of that it took over an hour!! read more

We are regular customers and enjoy their pizza. At my last visit , there was a problem with the cashier. My teenage grandson was with me and she asked him if he had Aspergers. I feel like this is a secret gem of amazing pizza! First of all, the pizza itself is awesome - the toppings are fresh and plentiful, the sauce and crust both have great flavor, and that cheese.. so gooey and delicious! Secondly, the prices are incredible - such a great bargain for how awesome their pizza is! I used to love Turn 4 pizza. It's hard to find good pizza like I'm used to from back home, but turn 4 was the closest I'd found. Unfortunately, their customer service is lacking and so is the food. It is so hit or miss lately that you never know what you're gonna get and I'm done taking the gamble after our last order. 1. It took over 2 hours to be delivered. If I didn't have a crying toddler begging for pizza, I would have called and canceled after the first hour went by. 2. By the time it did get to us, all of the toppings were stuck to the top of the box! The crust was so soggy from sitting in the car so long that when we went to pick it up- it literally just fell apart in our hands and we were left with a pile of nasty toppings with no crust. Not to mention- the thing was COVERED in olives when I repeated myself twice to make sure they left those off. 3. The last time we ordered from here- I ordered an extra cheese pizza. I don't know if they went overboard with the "extra cheese" or what but there was just a big glob of cheese in the corner of the box. It actually slid off of the pizza in transit! They have serious potential to make really great food but they just can't be consistent. I'm a big fan of turn 4. The pizzas are awesome. LOADED with toppings! This pizza is "heavy" as they put a load of toppings and cheese on, but I love it. It just fills me up faster than your average pizza. Wings are great too, although they can be on the small side, but they're always flavorful and the sauce are great. Have only used door dash delivery 3 or 4 times. The pizza is without a doubt fantastic. It usually arrives just barely warm but that doesn't really matter because it's so good. The wings are awesome as well. We haven't had any sandwiches or salads yet but if they are as good as the pizzas then this is our go to place for door dash pizza. Not sure why they don't have more stars. We love their pizza! It's super cheesy and USUALLY cooked to perfection. We've been there a lot and sometimes it's sub par by not having enough cheese or the dough just seeming wrong, but most of the time we rave about how much we love it. I love just a cheese or pepperoni pizza, my husband loves the Philly cheesesteak one, we also get cheesy bread which is bomb. Pizza is always Amazing and oh so cheesy! Service when you call for delivery on the other hand can be bad especially when they don't want to deliver to you and trust me you can tell. They start making excuses on how it's gonna take too long or there is only one driver and he may not get to you for 2 hours and blah blah blah. A few times when I called for delivery they simply say there is no delivery driving working. Maybe I'm crazy but that's how I take it. I will wait the two hours because the pizza is that good!
