It had pieces of orange peel floating in the cider which I enjoyed chewing on (once I realized what it was). It was so good, I would make a practice of stopping by there for one when we are up this way. We also grabbed a strawberry rhubarb pie. It was really good as well. Not overly sweet or tart. The goods in the shop are well priced and their selection is great. Definitely check it out.

I love to bake and cook, so although this quaint, unassuming store was a bit of a drive, I happily made it on a regular basis when living in PA. It's out in the middle of the country...let's put it this way, you wouldn't run into it while out and about! I see they now have a website which includes a charming history of this family-owned business dating back to 1955 when the current owner's father purchased the property, as well as where the name "Echo Hill" comes from! I believe almost all the employees are family and everyone is always friendly and helpful. Granted, I haven't been here since moving out of state in 2020 and from reading some of the reviews, it seems their prices (like everyone else's) have increased, but this store always had the biggest selection of grains, flours, nuts, and spices, as well as packaging for homemade food gifts. I always found their selection and pricing to be awesome and worth the drive!

She has the patience of a saint and is outstanding in every way. Her assistant, Kelly, is excellent as well. She knows her job and does it so well. I am thankful for such great people at our Hamburg Weis Pharmacy. I will conlude by saying that Amy Breidigan, Front Desk Manager is just wonderful. Always helpful and with a smile on her face.
