We opted for the MSI putting turf with fringe pet turf as we have a dog and maintenance would be easier. They were able to get us quickly scheduled and got it done in just one day. They took care of excavating the original grass, digging out a few inches of dirt, covered it with a weed prevention layer, then filled it in with gravel and leveled it out. Then they were able to install our putting green design we discussed with beautiful curved edges. We had a water drain running underneath already and they were able to connect to it to help with water drainage in case of heavy rain. Overall, we absolutely loved the end result and spend so much more time in our backyard practicing our putts and even short chipping from a nearby mat. With less maintenance and noticeably less bugs we even have movie nights here and the turf has held up well. I called them out, and they say old roots are causing the problems and they will charge me $3,500 to fix it. If there was a problem with roots, shouldn't they have discovered it before they did the job and told me there was a problem? When I called to complain, they said they are not an arborist, and I am left with large holes that I can trip in and break a leg. On the day of install his crew showed up and were professional, detailed, and cleaned up after themselves. They took pride in their work and inspected every section of the artificial turf to ensure precise application. Unfortunately we had an issue with our window flare causing problems and this is where Chad really shined. He acknowledged our concerns and went above and beyond to help resolve it. Transparently I was being a bit of a Karen too when the issue happened. Despite this Chad stayed professional, understanding, and was doing everything he could to make sure we were happy.
