Kelly showed up, heard, assessed, found a source for the blue turf, set the customer's expectations on realistic timelines, kept the price low & ensured the crew showed up to install exactly when promised. Through the years we have had the ~ 1000+ square feet refreshed maybe twice. Everyone who has ever visited our home raves over the wow factor the evergreen carpet grass adds to our patio, pool, and gardens. Recently, ATT subcontractors caused the carpet and its crushed granite base to need refurbishing and essentially what amounted to a re-install. I called SYNLawn and spoke with Angela Herald their Project Administrator who could not have been more helpful, professional, and patient with me. She arranged for Ryan, the Project Team Supervisor, to come and appraise the work in order to assess the workload. Ryan and I walked over every inch of what needed to be done. It looked like it might be 3 to 4 weeks before they could fit my size project into their schedule however, true to her word, Angela called me with an opportunity to have a 4-man crew come to do the job the next morning. I agreed and Ryan came with his crew, lined them out, and the four-man team set about their task. 5 hours later, one would be hard-pressed to think that this was not a brand-new carpet! Every aspect and detail has been professionally dealt with by these craftsmen. Thank you! We are very pleased with SYNLawn of Houston and its drive to ensure client satisfaction. Well done. (I will attach a picture of a small portion of the finished job. The carpet grass runs on for about 75' x 10' past more pool patio and the garage.)
