So what they did, without my permission, was go into my front and back yard and remove the termite treatment disk things they had installed. This left really deep holes which are especially dangerous in my back yard because I have senior dogs. If one of them steps in one of the holes, it will cause an injury. I am absolutely shocked that they would do such a thing, especially after being a customer for over 15 years. I sent an email to them with photos but got no response.

Since then they brought me into a 90 contract for lawn treatment and when this bill of goods was sold to me, I was told they would come out and treat whenever I wanted them too. So I called them Monday and they stated they would have a rep come out, he did and he determined that he did not need to treat. I wanted the lawn treated did not make a difference. They refused to come out on my request as the contract was sold to me. I then spoke with their Supervisor and he told me the same thing, we will treat after your yard is showing signs of damage. So you came out with a truck to treat, all the chemicals and the EXPERT Rep and you did not treat in an effort to make the client happy. I asked them to treat for Sod Web Worm and Dollar weed. NOTHING. Please make sure you know they will sell you something with promises that will be governed by them not you. I feel as though their SALESMAN set an expectation, that they now will not do........One thing is for sure when this Contract is up I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW COMPANY! Too Bad Jeff is gone!

Had a manager come take a look and bottom line is really nothing they will do besides keep trying what they have been doing. very disappointed. actually said that it should cost me more for the service I'm getting. hahaha!!!
