I got multiple quotes for turf in my backyard and loved everything about Efren and Turf Solutions from the get go. He never tried to upsell me, was very straight forward and honest, had great ideas, and was very flexible when I kept changing/adding things I wanted done. Plus, he was thousands of dollars cheaper than the 3 other quotes I got and more services were included. A couple days before the project was to start, he came back over to make sure everything was correct and we were on the same page (I changed multiple things I wanted done since he had come over for the initial estimate). The crew arrived on time and they were finished a few days earlier than expected. We wanted to replace our front yard lawns (about 400 sq. ft) with artificial turf and add four 2x2 steppingstones. His crew were efficient and friendly, and have been with him a long time, which in that industry is a very good sign. The project was on time and on budget. The lawn looks great, they even did intricate cuts to fit perfectly between the rocks of a landscape feature, a small detail that really impressed me. I had existing drainage that wasn't working well. Another bidder insisted that no drainage was needed and was planning on capping the existing drains, even after I told him I had just had a flood and we were standing next to a trench I had to dig by hand during the storm two weeks earlier! Efren and crew replaced and improved the drainage and added another drain inlet (they are covered by grass, no base so it'll still drain.) AND Turf Solutions cost less than the other bid with no drainage.
