Poor customer service and disappointing lawn care results. I've been very disappointed with my experience with TBI Lawn Care Professionals. I signed up for their lawn treatment plan and followed it exactly, never missing a service, but my lawn still looks terrible. When I contacted their customer service about a lawn renovation (a service they advertise), the representative I spoke with showed very little concern, had low energy, and told me I would need to wait over a year for someone to come out. That response was extremely frustrating and left me feeling like my business didn't matter. Good customer service and reliable lawn care are important to me, and unfortunately TBI Lawn Care Professionals did not deliver. Because of this lack of support and results, I've decided to switch to another lawn service provider. read more

Lawn work is great, Billing, not so much. Got charges on my credit card for service on 5/19/26. Only problem was I moved and cancelled service as of 5/1/26. Called them, and they said they had no record of a phone call cancelling. Checked my moving out folder, found a printed email on their website form advising them of the upcoming move and cancellation. Called them to explain why they didn't get a phone call , and they asked for a date on the emIL. Told them I would have had a date if it was provided on their site. Said they didn't receive any cancellation email therefore they would not refund the service cost. Very disappointing. As I said, lawn work great, but watch out for the billing department. read more

We use TBI for many years. For the first 3~4 years, they took care of our lawn really well. Then, as time went on, their service deteriorated and our lawn got more and more weeds and bare spots. I called them a number of times but no improvements. After talking with my neighbor who used their service before but stopped a couple of years ago. I released not only my neighbor had the same experience with TBI but also, I was overcharged all those years. So, I requested to talk to their manager, but they never patched me through. There were numerous times I was told that their general manager Jose would call me back, but they never did. Now, the winter is over, I called them up again and find out they closed my account and embezzled my deposit for the last charge which was still in dispute. Truely disappointed. read more

Lawn care applications by T.B.I. have kept the lawn looking healthy and green. The employees do a great job with each application. The applications throughout the year are for different types of treatments, such as, fertilization, aeration and re-seeding all of which are applied at the proper time of the season. T.B.I prices are very reasonable for the excellent service. After several years using T.B.I, I would definitely recommend them. read more

I've used TBI Lawn care for probably 10 years now. They are great. They always notify before they come out, and are quick and professional. Their treatments during the summer keep the lawn green and free of weeds. They do thatching and aerating too -- all part of their annual contract service. TBI is very responsive to requests and problems - I talked to them about some bare spots in my backyard, they did seeding free of charge and checked in over weeks to make sure the grass took root. They were also great with resodding with zoysia (not so common in this area) after house renovation took its toll on some of the front lawn. Highly recommend TBI for helping your lawn look good, and making sure it stays that way. read more
