So... when I let them know, they sent someone out to fix, followed by a bill for 5x the original amount to prune the whole tree! Then they planted some rhododendrons in the front flower bed, the first died within 30 days. They replaced, then billed me. Shortly followed by that one and its twin dying. Quick google search and rhododendrons should not be planted in hot afternoon sun. We quibbled and settled on a bill, but life is too short. too bad, I really wanted to like these guys. Local, 3 blocks out my back door. Am getting a makeover on my backyard in the next few months, which will require repositioning of stone pavers(6-8k) Wish I could hire them...
