Yeaahhh...I hate to do it but "It be like that sometimes. ."…read more STORY TIME!!: I was in the process of moving out and the place that I rented my townhouse from requested that we have the house professionally cleaned. So I decided to go with NV Service based on these great reviews. Yea..can't always trust these Yelpers. So I gave NV a nice 2.5 star because I received an average type job. I wasn't home to watch them clean the house but someone was there to supervise. I asked how many people would be sent over..there was only ONE maid sent. As SOON as I came home, I saw dust in an area where everyone goes..the kitchen! I was like nah..I can already tell that it wasn't great, but I thought to myself that maybe the inspector will look over it..nope. That inspector tore into the house. Said it "needed to be recleaned." Now dont get me wrong, the place looked ok, but not good enough for what I paid. I even had to pay overtime because it was pushing the maid(s) into overtime. .Im sure I could clean better than the service I received. BEST PART OF STORY: I was going to be charged an extra 150 from my rental property to have it recleaned! No sir! I called my rental property and told them that I will clean it myself! So I got up at the crack of dawn and went to clean it myself. Yes. I. DID. THEIR. JOB. FOR. THEM! Like come on now..but its ok, while I cleaned it just gave me an idea to possibly invest in my own cleaning company to do a better than average job!

My yard looks spectacular and so do my neighbors' yards who use them. My bushes and trees are thriving under their special care as well. Not only is their work outstanding, but their prices are great. I even have them service my lawnmower to make sure I am treating my lawn to the best care possible. Lawnmate employees also leave suggestions and instructions to follow which are easy and afford my lawn the continued best care available.

Jim and his crew have a system that works. We have used their Quality Lawncare service since 2016…read more At the time, we had lots of bare spots in the front lawn along with lots of weeds. Jim said that in the first year of quarterly treatments, the weeds would dwindle and the grass would start becoming richer and thicker. All of that happened. The cost for their services were very fair and they certainly saved us endless hours of trying to accomplish the same level of success - which we failed at miserably for three years prior. When we purchased the house in 2013, the backyard was bare. Five landscapers tried to grow grass and no one could. As you can see from the attached pictures, and after we cleared a lot of rocks in the backyard, Jim's team miraculously made the backyard into a carpet. I am convinced that if there was an award given out for National Lawncare Landscaper of the Year, Jim and his team would win the award year after year after year. They are the BEST! If you are fortunate enough to get on their customer list, you and your lawn, will be the better for it. Thanks guys! You all are Fantastic at what you do!

The young men that worked with him were conscientious and paid attention to what they were doing and, since I am an avid gardener as well as a horticulturist, they were extra attentive to direct instructions associated with what I wanted done and, just as importantly, NOT done. They clearly take pride in a job well done and were delightful to chat with...all had positive attitudes and were ready to get to work. Within a couple of brief hours (and for a very fair price), weeds were removed, a good thick layer of mulch was placed and now I have a clean slate to plant some flowers in! Thank you, Kevin and guys...you were a life saver.
