Next, they wouldn't even try loading the pallet of sod into my trailer, because they said it was too tight when there clearly was enough room. You may ask: how do I know there was enough room? They hovered the pallet directly above the trailer showing that it would have fit. What solidified my disgust with this business is that they had me roll and unload each individual strip of sod into my trailer. But wait, it gets worse!! They just stood around and watched me unload it without any assistance even when I asked for help. When I finally finished, I was covered in mud and clay. So, if you plan to order sod, do NOT go through this company unless you plan to load your own trailer, ruin your clothes and get terrible service. You've been warned!

I thought Outdoor Creations have to be better than the last one "NOT"!!! They removed the mulch from my flower bed and my tree, 3 weeks ago without replacing it. I called the manager Lisa, and she tried to convince me this was normal. Seeing they removed the mulch and didnt reapply, my flowers began to come up. They walked up and down the lawn and droped mulch in the grass, I was informed by our HOA "ICON" (another long story) that mulch dont kill grass...what in the world!!! Thank heaven when I saw the workers the blew the mluch out of my lawn. The kawn care company said the would remove it when they come back (whenever that is). The Lawn care company was put in place by Lennar (still building and haven't turn the community over). In talking to I think she was a manager Lisa) I found Outdoor Creation to be very rude with little to "NO" care for the homeowner or the property (Im not the only homeowner experiencing this). When a homeowner calls about they're property, this is not the time to get grandios. When you are on someone's property, its better to understand then to be understood. They actually believe its acceptable to enter your property without notice, jack it up and leave for several weeks. This will be a long summer. Not looking forward to doing business with them. Plan to keep them off my land as much as possible. Other neighboring communities informed me early on that we would not like Outdoor Creations and they got rid of them due to workmanship and the killing of trees. Didn't take me long to see what they were talking about. Buyers beware. Obviously Lennar dont read reviews prior to hiring. They were hired to plant a few plants in my front yard for curb appeal because I'm selling my home. It's February 2021... And just snowed. What can I say? I'm stubborn and impatient. Nonetheless, Mr. Fields was willing to meet my needs and give me more suggestions to make the look complete and care for the newly planted plants in the middle of winter. His suggestions didn't feel like just an upsell to gain money, but like he was trying to present me with what made sense for someone selling a home and he was correct. He didn't overcharge me and it looks better than I could have imagined. 11 years living here with very little landscaping work done and now my house looks so good I almost want to stay in it!! I'll be calling them back to do my backyard before putting my home on the market next month. We were going to do it ourselves but after seeing their thorough work please take this off my hands!
