My experience with this company did not go well. They did not complete everything they say they do…read morein their estimate, yet they command a hefty price for mowing. Pros are they show up on time, cut grass well. Cons are they don't blow all areas they are supposed to and are inflexible on arrival times, showing up at 8am, and unwilling to accommodate a customer's request to come after 9am to avoid waking us up and our neighbors. It also makes it inconvenient to move all of our cars out of our own driveway so early in the morning just to accommodate their schedule. Lost trust in this company early on.

After the grass cut they pretty much just leaving all the grass there without blowing or cleaning it. -both side of our front lawn had broken glass from our solar light. Broke one is an accident I get it, but multiple on both side; it's just beyond words. To top it off they just left all the broken glass and pieces there. I guess you get what you pay for. In May of this year, they were nice enough to rip up my lawn and never return. Needing to have ANYTHING done to resolve my newly installed mud pit of a yard I called every local landscaping company. I was able to get Precision out the following week. Accounting for the excitement and gratitude I had for the expediency, I will forgo allowing that to influence my review since that portion was an outlier experience derived. They were punctual, very clear on what services would be performed, the total costs and time it would take to complete. Everything that was covered in the estimate came to fruition when the crew arrived on time and completed the work as promised. From start to finish everyone was professional, punctual and the quality was top notch. I was very pleased with our experience. When we finally decide to add details to our yard and add our fence we will without question be contracting with Precision.
