We were on the phone on hold for an hour before we decided to drive back to Hyvee to straighten it out. Spent 30 minutes at the customer "service" desk with Randy Patterson, the 2nd assistant manager supposedly, who had ZERO clue what was going on and offered no solutions. The 1st assistant manager, Troy, could not be located despite repeated attempts by the staff to find him... maybe he was eating the missing food I have no idea. At the end of the day, there are SEVERAL grocery stores and restaurants that cater in Springfield, IL. I would go ANYWHERE but Hyvee. It isn't so much that they made a mistake, but that they didn't even attempt to rectify it. Absolutely horrendous and surprising considering I've shopped weekly at HyVee for years and have never had anything but nice things to say. Good grocery store, terribly catering and service.
