From the very first phone conversation I had with her, I knew that Paula was going to be the florist I would choose to do my wedding flowers. She was so open to doing some slightly "out-side-the-box" designs for me. She really understood my vision and was super communicative and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. We used Flower Connection both of our daughters weddings, the most recent July 2, 2016. We knew from the first inprompt to phone call we made on a Saturday when it was almost closing time and Paula's willingness to meet with us, knowing my daughter lived out of town, was the first indication that this was no ordinary florist. Paula is creative and resourceful when trying to create an image that our daughters wanted for their bouquets and floral arrangements for the reception, yet she was able to stay within the budget we provided her. She offered suggestions to ideas they had pinned on Pinterest but made sure her suggestion captured their visions in what they thought they wanted. Not once but numerous times Paula said "I want my brides happy. This is there day." Trust me she lives up to her expectations. Despite both of my daughters working with Paula and her team to create each of their individual dreams of the perfect bouquets and venue decorations, they each had a different flair and idea of what they wanted and Paula created amazing designs that captured each of my daughters individuality. They were both uniquely different and both were beautiful. We received NUMEROUS comments from our guests at both wedding on how beautiful her creations were. Paula is easy to talk to, has an "upbeat" personality and is stress free to work with. She has amazing suggestions to help keep the cost down without changing the look of what each of our daughters invisioned. She even did a mock up of the table florals early in the process to calm my daughters concerns, since they had difficulty invisioning what the final product would look like. We had no worries when it came to the day of the wedding because we had open communication throughout the process. She also was able to incorporate a broach for a deceased grandmother and a tie from a deceased grandfather into each of the bride's bouquet so they had a memory of 2 very special people in their lives that they had hoped could be there for their weddings. I Definitely would NOT recommend going here. I walked in yesterday to buy some flowers and would've likely bought any arrangement south of 40 dollars. I walked in, (loud bells banging on door) walked up to the front desk and noticed an employee making an arrangement. He was facing me so there is no doubt that he didn't see me. I was wearing a shirt the color of a yellow highlighter. I stood there for awhile and then began looking around the store a little bit. Keep in mind I was not greeted, asked if I could be helped, or told to give just one or a couple minutes until I could be helped. I went back to the front desk and stood. the flower delivery employee arrived, looked at me standing and turned around to talk to another employee without saying anything to me. At this time there are three employees and none of them act like they know I'm there. By now ten minutes have passed. I was NOT happy and explained myself to these florists. I did not spend a dime. I will never waste my time at this place ever again, no second chances from me for poor businesses. instead of buying locally I ended up going to a chain store and was helped immediately. read more
