Stopped in for breakfast just after 9 on a Wednesday. I wish cafes like this (and the culture of it) were more common in NYC, but New Yorkers are always just Go, Go, Go! My family and I had a nice leisurely breakfast and the prices were inexpensive.
I like that all of the pastries/sandwiches are in the display case because then you can truly see what you want to eat. I had some sort of ham and cheese panini. They use some kind of egg bread, which I didn't love because it has a sweetness to it, but it wasn't bad overall. They give you a card to order at the counter and they will heat up the food and bring it to your table. For drinks, you order at the table, and you use your card as well. At the end, you bring this card to the register, which has tallied up everything you ordered. Pretty efficient! read more
