Go for the nata de leche since you can get those other options anywhere. What is the nata de leche? A layer of whip cream followed by cake followed by another layer of whip cream and topped with egg yolk. One of the guys on the walking tour offered me a bite - talk about sharing food with strangers! We ended up hanging out before his train and will be meeting up at Prague! Majority of the people liked it but I am so picky when it comes to sweets - it was a load of sugar. I felt like I was eating pure sugar with egg yolk.
