Well, not really…read moreconsidering that I generally hung around the city as opposed to one of the regional shopping centres. However, this is a pretty decent sized shopping centre, probably the largest in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide. There is a pretty decent variety of shops, and they have also spruced the entrance up a bit as well, including moving the cinema entrance outside of the shopping centre. Oh, and there is also a bus station that sends buses directly to the city along the O-Bahn, which actually makes the journey pretty quick (when some idiot doesn't decide to drive down it that is). Anyway, this shopping centre certainly isn't bad.

Back in the days of Happy Pants, flourescent sunglasses and talking your fat mate into doing the…read moreTruffle Shuffle, there was really only one decent shopping option other than Rundle Mall, and that was Tea Tree Plaza, or TTP for those in the know. Back in those days it was a fair bit smaller than the the multi-hall extravaganza it is today. With a number of extensions and the odd facelift, TTP has been surpassed by Marion as the city's second shopping destination, but it will always be higher on the list to me! Living north of the city sees me visiting TTP more often than I used to, and although I still prefer the trek into Rundle Mall, I find that almost all I need can be found out there. Plenty of shops on offer, plus a pretty decent food court with a number of options, keeps me entertained and fulfilled on each visit. Because it is spread over a fair distance (not to mention the mini-plaza that houses Toys R Us and a number of other major shopping sites), you can find yourself copping some pretty sore quads on a shopping excursion, especially if you are comparing prices, deals or are just indecisive like me! In reality, Town is by far a better choice, but if you live out that way and can't be stuffed with the hassle and the parking (not to mention save a bit of petrol money) then TTP is just fine.

09/01/2012 Photos…read more Very important life lesson I learned in Kmart, before I go to bed: Stop what you're doing sometimes, and spend some good, quality, fun time with your parents.... Pause, and really really feel what I just said. My Mum and I took my little niece Belle to Ingle Farm Shopping Centre this morning, and we couldn't help ourselves but stop by Kmart to buy a new Wiggles DVD for cute Belle! She had so much fun picking out the DVD that she wanted. Mum was going to get her the red cover 'Best of Wiggles', but Belle chose the yellow Wiggles DVD instead. There really is something about small, bright yellow and pink coloured items in Kmart that my little walking niece always loves touching and has such a fun time with it, I can't explain it. Kmart has a massive range of products, including men's, women's and children's wear; garden; home; health & beauty; outdoor living; entertainment; toys & sporting; camping & fishing; automotive; DIY and everyday needs, Kmart is sure to make anytime a good time, and they achieved that with us this morning! They are also committed to introducing initiatives to reduce our environmental impact and improve the understanding of environmental initiatives to our team, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. I also can't believe I'm the first to review this place, it's been such a massive landmark in Ingle Farm. This place is huge, and one can easily get lost in the aisles. I know I did when I was a little boy shopping here, and I still do today. I was very happy to see that they STILL have all the sports equipment you need too, even after all these years! Basketball, cricket, football, swimming, yoga and table tennis, whatever sport you're into, Kmart has something to offer you! : ) Going to big stores like this, when I'm getting older as a young adult, reminded me and causes you to stop and appreciate so much, of how much I enjoyed shopping and spending time with Mum when I was only a little boy!....those were the happy carefree times when I didn't worry about anything....time goes by so fast and I realised how much less time I spend with my parents nowadays. Walking into this store is like walking into Aladdin's Cave with the huge amount of stock to…read morenavigate around. This department store is no where near as nice as Myers with its appearance but the prices are so cheap that its almost a discount store. There seems to be regular sales on everything from bedding, shoes, clothes and kitchenwares. I went looking for flat white shoes and I did find them in an orderly size pile, and yes they were on sale. In fact I ended up with 3 new pairs of shoes as a woman never has enough. I enjoyed walking around the store surveying products and will be back soon enough for another bargain. The line up for purchase was a bit long and frustrating, and interesting to note that they no longer have a dedicated returns/query counter and one must wait in the purchase line.

Appalling! Why do they spend thousands on advertising a specific product then keep it hidden away…read moreso the customers can't find it? Several times I've gone into this store just to buy a "Clean step mat", but couldn't find one - even in the door mat section. And the only obvious signs (everwhere!) are ones saying "Charging" or Chasing" or something equally meaningless. What's the point of that? And they obviously don't employ people to walk around answering customers' questions. The only way you can make an enquiry is to wait in the checkout queue, pester the check out chick, then re-enter the store! Oh yes, and the BigW website is designed to avoid them getting your feedback. It refuses to process your message until you've selected the particular store from a pull down list - but there aren't any names in the pull down list!! How does this company stay in business?

Another store which caters for the younger female generation who like to dress up for the clubs…read more With tight dresses and small sizes, this store doesn't really cater for different styles of fashion. It's very attractive with all the pretty colours and '60% off' signs posted all over the walls, though I really wouldn't find a girl like myself walking into a store like this one.
